It was a great pleasure working on @ksenysova movie Default Body and now I'm looking for more projects. I'm down to compose music or do sound design for small/low budget projects (movies, animation, video games, installations) hmu!

I've recorded one of my (Ryoji Ikeda inspired) jams with the wavetable synth I've built recently (it allows you to open any file as a sound file in Pure Data). You can watch the full video on my YouTube channel.

Our sub label MEno is kicking off its third round of releases with the latest album by sound artist and composer fyodoronfire (Fyodor Stepanov) who is rooted in generative music, field recordings and acousmatic soundscapes. Having a background in jazz and experimental composition his work concentrates on ambiguity, transience, intimacy and deep listening.

The six-track-album MEno.007 conveys a rich sonic narrative, a cinematic tour de force through trauma, extreme somatic experiences tied to surgery, wounds and incisions without losing sight of musical finesse and humor. This oeuvre has been created entirely in Pure Data between 2023 and 2025 and showcases fyodoronfire’s deep connection to jazz, noise, harmony, sound design and contemplative media art.

Start the darker period of the year together with MEno Label, your place for adventurous music! Head over to our #bandcamp to dive right in!

All proceeds are donated to the sea rescue initiative Mission Lifeline e.V.
