We’re a fast-growing US-based staffing company, and paid ads and social content are the engine behind our new client bookings. We’re looking for someone to own that engine end to end: create the creatives, write the copy, keep our social channels active, run the Meta campaigns, and dial in targeting so the leads that come through are real business owners ready to hire.

✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience with ad creatives and paid campaigns (Meta Ads Manager a must)
✅ Strong copy and design sense (Canva, CapCut, Figma, or Adobe)
✅ You know your CPL, CTR, and booking rates and make decisions based on them
✅ Self-directed, organized, and fluent in English

We’re looking for an energetic, confident, and resilient **Appointment Setter** who knows how to handle cold calls, objections, and rejection—and keeps going.

This is a high-volume outbound calling role, so we need someone who’s comfortable picking up the phone and making things happen.

What you’ll do:
• Make 500+ outbound calls per day
• Speak with homeowners using a provided script
