✨ New Chapter ✨

Over the years since losing Lachie, so many of you have reached out to me about grief — how to live with it, how to cope, and how to keep moving forward. Every message has touched my heart, and I’ve always wished I could give more of myself to help.

That’s why I decided to follow both my passion and my purpose, and I’ve just completed my Professional Certificate in Holistic Wellness Coaching 🤍 I’m now a certified Holistic Wellness Coach, specialising in grief coaching.

I’m here to support anyone who wants to step into their best self, but my heart truly lies with walking alongside those navigating grief. It isn’t linear, it isn’t easy — but it is, in many ways, another form of love.

If you feel called to work with me, I’ve set up a dedicated email: g.copelandcoaching@gmail.com Please reach out and I’ll send you my new client form to get started.

Thank you for being part of my journey. I hope I can now be part of yours too 💫

One thing I’ve come to realise in life is that sometimes, when something leaves, it makes room for something new to find its way in. A new door opens, a new chapter begins, and sometimes what comes next turns out to be even more beautiful or meaningful than you could have imagined.

That doesn’t mean the chapter before it wasn’t beautiful, or that it didn’t matter. Some chapters shape us, teach us, hold some of our happiest memories and become a part of who we are.

But we can honour what was, be grateful for what it gave us, and still be open to what’s next.

Life has a funny way of reminding us that an ending doesn’t always mean something has gone wrong. Sometimes, it’s simply making room for something we haven’t met yet. 🤎🍂 by @g.copelandcoaching

Sometimes strength isn’t about holding everything together or pushing through.

Sometimes it’s knowing when to soften.
To pause.
To surrender what you can’t control.
To let yourself feel without needing to fix it.

Sometimes we find our greatest strength not in holding on, but in knowing when to let go.

Softness doesn’t mean you’re giving up.
Sometimes it’s simply choosing peace over resistance. by @g.copelandcoaching

Sometimes we don’t need to fix, change or understand everything.
Sometimes we just need to step outside, take a breath, slow down and let ourselves be held by the moment.

There is healing in the fresh air.
In stillness.
In nature.
And in giving yourself the time you need🤍

You don’t always have to do more to feel better.
Sometimes, you just need to be. by @g.copelandcoaching

Sometimes we know what we need to do, but actually creating the routine and finding the motivation to stick with it can feel like the hardest part.

If you’re feeling a little stuck and would love some support with creating routines that feel realistic, sustainable and right for you, I’m always here. 🤍

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. My door is always open. by @g.copelandcoaching

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation.

There is something incredibly powerful about being seen, heard, and reminded that you don’t have to carry life’s hardest moments alone.

Connection doesn’t erase pain, but it creates space for hope, strength, and joy to slowly return.

Lean into the people who make you feel safe. They matter more than you know 🤍

The people who love us can’t always fix what we’re going through.

They can’t erase the loss or take away the heartache.

But they can sit beside us.
Listen without judgment.
Hold hope when we’ve misplaced our own.

Sometimes the greatest gift isn’t someone who has the answers.

It’s someone who simply stays.

And often, that’s enough to remind us we don’t have to carry it all alone 🤍 by @g.copelandcoaching

Don’t forget … ❤️ by @g.copelandcoaching

We are wired for connection.

In the hardest seasons of life, our instinct is often to retreat. To isolate. To convince ourselves that no one could possibly understand.

But we were never meant to carry life’s heaviest moments alone.

Love comes in so many beautiful forms. Friends who sit beside us without trying to fix us, family who remind us we’re held, the quiet comfort of an animal, or the kindness of someone who simply says, “I’m here.”

Connection doesn’t take the pain away.

But it reminds us that we don’t have to carry it by ourselves.

If you’re in a difficult season, let someone in. Reach out. Accept the invitation. Send the text. Go for the coffee.

Sometimes the light we’re searching for is found in the people who choose to walk beside us.

And little by little, through connection, we find peace.
We find joy.
We find life again ✨ by @g.copelandcoaching

Life will always bring change.

Some seasons ask us to hold on.
Others ask us to let go.

There is strength in knowing the difference.

Trust yourself enough to feel what comes, release what no longer serves you, and make space for what’s waiting to find you.

Let life move through you ✨ by @g.copelandcoaching

Some days, courage doesn’t look like giant leaps or life changing moments.

Sometimes it’s simply putting one foot in front of the other.

Choosing to keep showing up.
Choosing to keep believing.
Choosing to keep walking, even when the road feels uncertain.

That’s bravery too 🤍 by @g.copelandcoaching
