Can I be honest?

Some days, I’m encouraging myself with the same words I post here.

I’m learning that strength doesn’t always look like having all the answers.
Sometimes, strength is simply waking up and trying again.

Life may not be where I hoped it would be, but I’m choosing not to let this chapter convince me that this is how my story ends.

So if you’re also holding on by faith…

Let’s keep going together.

We may not know when things will change, but we’ll be ready when they do. 🤍 by @g_essentials.ng

Sometimes life will have you 2 goals down.

You’ll miss opportunities.
People will think it’s over.
Even you might start doubting yourself.

But as long as there’s still time on the clock, don’t give up.

Argentina’s comeback is a reminder that one moment can change everything. Keep showing up, keep believing, and keep fighting. Your breakthrough may come when everyone has already written you off.

Never let your current score define your final result.

Your comeback story is still being written. 💙✨

Lately, I’ve been thinking about G-Essentials a lot.

It’s funny how sometimes we’re so busy building a life that we unintentionally become quiet about the very things we’re building.

Well… that changes today. 😊

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing more about my business, the products I love, the stories behind them, behind-the-scenes moments, helpful tips, and everything that makes G-Essentials what it is.

If you’ve ever bought from me, supported me, referred someone, or simply cheered me on, thank you. Your support has never gone unnoticed.

And if you’ve been curious about what G-Essentials is all about, this is the perfect time to stick around.

Trust me… I’ve got something exciting in the works. ✨💙

Hello, July! 🌿✨

A new month. A fresh page. Another chance to create, grow, and become everything you’ve been praying for.

I created this image using AI, and every detail started with just a prompt. It’s a beautiful reminder that what we speak, imagine, and intentionally build can become something amazing.

May this month bring you fresh ideas, open doors, unexpected opportunities, and the courage to keep showing up for your dreams.

💬 Want to know the prompt I used to create this image?
Check the comment section, I’ve dropped it there for anyone who wants to learn or recreate something similar.

Happy New Month! 🤍
Let’s make July unforgettable. 🚀

sometimes, in trying to avoid a certain cost, we end up paying an even greater one.

There have been seasons in my life when I avoided taking certain steps because I was trying to save time, money, energy, or even protect my emotions. At that moment, it felt like the wise thing to do.

But with time, I discovered that avoidance also has a price.

Sometimes, we avoid having difficult conversations because we don’t want to be uncomfortable, only to watch misunderstandings grow and relationships drift apart.

Sometimes, we avoid investing in ourselves, whether it’s learning a new skill, starting something we’ve always dreamed of, or stepping out of our comfort zone, because of the immediate cost. Yet months or years later, we realize that the cost of staying where we are is much higher.

I’ve also learned that delaying decisions doesn’t always eliminate the consequences; it often only postpones them. And in some cases, the price becomes even greater.

Life has taught me that growth will always demand something from us: our time, consistency, courage, patience, or resources. There is usually a cost attached to becoming who we want to be.

The question is not, “What will this cost me?” but also, “What will it cost me if I don’t do it?”

That question has changed the way I make decisions.

Maybe someone else needs this reminder today: not every cost should be avoided. Some costs are actually investments in advance. by @g_essentials.ng

I don’t think we talk about failure enough.

We celebrate success. We post our wins. We applaud achievements. But very few people talk about the moments when things didn’t go as planned.

I’ve had moments in my life when I gave something my best and still didn’t get the outcome I hoped for. Moments that left me disappointed, confused, and questioning myself.

And if I’m being sincere, failure can be painful.

It can make you doubt your abilities. It can make you wonder if you’re truly capable or if your dreams are even worth pursuing anymore.

But as I’ve grown, I’ve come to realize that failure is not always an indication that you’re on the wrong path.

Sometimes, failure is a teacher.

It teaches resilience. It teaches humility. It teaches patience. It teaches you to rise again, even when you don’t feel like it.

Looking back, some of the experiences that hurt me the most ended up shaping me the most.

The truth is, you can fail and still succeed.

You can experience setbacks and still fulfill your dreams.

You can start over and still build a beautiful life.

So if things haven’t worked out the way you expected, don’t give up on yourself.

A failed attempt does not make you a failure.

Keep going. Happy new week by the way🥰 by @g_essentials.ng

I used to think that when you loved someone intentionally, they would love you back with the same depth, the same effort, and the same sincerity.

I believed that if I showed up for people, they would show up for me too. If I stayed, they would stay. If I chose them every single day, they would choose me just as intentionally.

So, I grew my expectations.

I expected consistency because I gave consistency. I expected honesty because I was honest. I expected loyalty because I was loyal. I expected people to handle my heart gently because I handled theirs with care.

But life has a way of teaching you that people don’t always love the way you love.

Some people appreciate your presence but cannot reciprocate your depth. Some enjoy being loved but do not know how to love in return. And sometimes, no matter how pure your intentions are, you still end up disappointed.

It hurt realizing that love alone isn’t always enough. That you can pour your heart into someone and still watch them walk away. That you can be intentional, sacrificial, and genuine, yet still not receive the same energy back.

For a long time, I questioned myself. I wondered if I had loved too much, expected too much, or simply cared too deeply.

But I’ve learned that loving deeply was never my weakness.

The real lesson was understanding that not everyone has the capacity to love the way I do, and that’s okay.

Now, I still love intentionally. I still love wholeheartedly. But I’ve learned not to build expectations solely on how I would treat someone. I’ve learned to pay attention to actions, to reciprocity, and to whether someone is truly willing to meet me where I am.

Because love should never feel like constantly pouring from a cup that no one ever refills.
