Abbiamo deciso di scambiarci un pezzo, senza usare denaro e senza porre limite alla creatività.
Condividere idee e momenti, progettare insieme, fare brain storming e trovare una visione comune: questo è quello che abbiamo voluto fare,senza costrizioni o scadenze da rispettare.
Supportarsi a vicenda è fondamentale, soprattutto quando c’è stima e rispetto reciproco.

La moda cambia velocemente.
Troppo.
A causa di questo meccanismo le persone sono spinte a comprare e a disfarsi dei propri indumenti a un ritmo che non ha senso e aumenta sempre più, stagione dopo stagione.

Per anni ho accumulato materiale per il mio lavoro, capi utilizzati una o due volte destinati a restare in studio come “archivio”, nell’ottica del “magari un giorno mi potrà servire ancora”.

Nell’ultimo periodo ho “adottato” interi armadi di amici e conoscenti che volevano buttare capi che a mio avviso hanno ancora potenziale, tutto ciò per non creare altro inquinamento, per non gettare la spugna e perché credo che sia arrivato il momento di una moda che rinasce dalle ceneri.

Ho smontato, scucito, distrutto, tagliato e de costruito per poi rimontare, ricucire, creare e ricostruire ex novo.

Queste gonne, che una volta erano pantaloni inutilizzati, oversize o fuori moda sono la prova che una moda sostenibile è possibile, che non serve inquinare per creare.
