Today I woke up and felt like I wanted to put a pumpkin on the stairs, so we got pumpkins 😝 Fall time is literally my favorite 🍂🍁 and I’m getting all the mums and pumpkins I want!

Organizing the house is coming along and I’m heavy in the constant rearranging phase (hello OCD) and so after we put the pumpkins up, we rearranged the rest of the plants on the porch🌱

I have big plans for the outside of the house and I can’t wait to do it and show you the process!

For now just be content with me showing you these pumpkins 😝

Monations aka shampoo Super Bowl! What an experience!! I got to meet some amazinggggg ladies and the announcement that the oil I rave about to you guys is clinically studied so I can officially say it penetrates 3 layers of your cuticle!! ANDDDDD a whole new shampoo line released made for EVERYONE! Ugh so good and one day was just not enough!!

Did you know??

Lately I’ve been researching hard about anxiety and different ways to combat/stop/or lessen it 😬🙃

I came across this really cool research!

So if you struggle with anxiety or even adhd, something sour 🍋on your tongue can literally shift your thinking! It’s literally a grounding technique that can help interrupt the anxiety loop that our brain can get in.

When I was younger I use to be so drawn to eating lemon heads and I never understood why… it was because of my adhd! It would literally help ground me to eat them! So crazy right!

I like to keep this in my purse along with a few other things for nerves. If you want to see what I keep in my “anxiety emergency kit” comment anxiety and I’ll make another post about it!

5 years later and I’ll still tell you that this was the way to go!

I started because of products. Then moved into the business because I was already behind the chair and saw the difference and wanted to share!

When I talk about having a little side biz (side hustle, whatever you wanna call it), I’m not just talking about making a little extra money. You’ll never know if you don’t say yes because of literally seeing the benefit all around. 5 years from now, you can either say yes I took the chance and I still love it! Or, you can be in the same spot, wondering.

Sometimes what you start on the side can open doors you didn’t even know you were looking for.
