Went to meet the needs of others and had my own spiritual needs met in a way I can never be thankful enough for. Holes dug, seeds planted, and most of all the name of Jesus was glorified! There is something about doing hard work in the name of Jesus that reminds you why you came to love him in the first place, a reminder that he is in all and does good through all, a constant peace and steady presence in hardship. I cannot wait to be back in a years time and see all of the amazing people I met again, serve the Lord with my hands and feet, and tell the word how great our God is!
