A few moments from three intensives this summer ☀️

This was the first intensive mask workshop I attended!! I laughed so much, but also felt the emotions and complexities hiding beneath the comedy.

Thank you so much @masqueradestudio_1!! 🫶
Organised by @doftiyatro

I finally got to experience the whole process of making a little show, and I’ve never trained this much in my life 🤯 I could really feel my contact improvisation improving, while also breaking out of some of my old movement patterns.

A little performance with the amazing @king.tsoiiii
Led by @matej_matejka thank you so much!!

A workshop led by @lutzpickardt, which really deepen my interest in Grotowski’s work.
Thank you so much @lutzpickardt for sharing your experience. It inspired me deeply, both in my training and on a more spiritual level. by @gabbyyang1021

Soy Cuba, l am Havana
I am the countless dried foam after the tide has gone

Soy Cuba, l am sugarcane I am vast fields of sugarcane, burning together with my land

Soy Cuba, lam a girl
I fell in love with a boy selling fruit He sings every day, bright and kind But I am a prostitute

Soy Cuba, lam a cigar
I love living
I love the lips that kiss me every day
I burn and burn

Soy Cuba, I am music
A little harvest is enough for me to sing with everything I have
But who can hear my sorrow?

Soy Cuba
It is not the sea around us
It has become blood

Soy Cuba, I am revolution!
I am the wall the plunderers cannot break!

Soy Cuba
I am liberation...

FROM MOVIE Soy Cuba

(These pictures were took by a man who works around Malecón when i was in Havana at 2025. I bring the camera that day to give it to another boy, but he didn’t come. So I gave it to the man, because he said he always wants to be a photographer. But after this I never seen him, so I don’t know where to quote him🫠） These pictures were took by a man who works around Malecon. Yes queens

We met a driver who took his mistress
They fight and sing

What she wrote to us
When she didn’t want their fight to scare us:
Don’t be upset. Arash Kura is always arguing with me. By the way, Arash is the hero of Manizheh’s love story in the Shahnameh. You should ask him about it.

Then she wrote:
He should have spent his money on another woman, yet he still told her he loved her. What kind of love do you call that?
Can a man truly love two women at the same time?
