Behind the Lens: Eternal Cloud ☁️

What a fun project to bring to life. This story and my incredible team gave me the creative trust to fall deeply in love with the DP role all over again. Thank you @isacloni for trusting me with your vision, and here’s to the next one 🙌🏻 by @gabi._.d

june 2026 🤍

This June was one to remember - it was the most transformative and fun pride month I’ve ever had. It gave me a glimpse at what letting myself receive sunshine feels like in every aspect of life - and I’m so grateful to finally be able to let its light touch my skin without wincing 🌞🌈 by @gabi._.d

The premiere of a short film that ultimately led me to friendships I’ll nurture for a lifetime 🥹 Swipe for a revamped Getty Image of your truly :)

Coming up with a look for this red carpet was SO much fun?!! I let myself play and tied in my own makeup hobby and desire to subvert gender expectations into the story I’ve shot, and I’m obsessed with the unorthodox boxy silhouette paired the “siren being pulled out of the ocean” Loch Ness inspired hair and makeup look I ended up with. by @gabi._.d

Trans & Non-binary Identities always have and always will exist. 💛🤍💜🖤

Embracing my queerness has been quite the journey, and will continue to be a lifelong one. I wouldn’t be as far as I am in my acceptance journey had I not found such amazing trans and enby friends that not only bring me joy, but make me feel seen, safe to embrace and explore my identity, and remind me I’m right where I belong.

These self-portraits encapsulate my own gender euphoria and what that looks like for me: subtle androgyny paired with a relaxed, but commanding energy.

Our existence and our joy is resistance. Don’t dim it down for anyone. Happy pride 🫶🏻🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ by @gabi._.d

My debut as a cinematographer of a feature film 🎥❤️

This career path is hard. To be able to say I’ve had a film that I shot as the DoP of screened at the Chinese Theater amongst the stars and lived out the Hollywood childhood fantasy of red carpets, interviews, and all inclusive afterparties in Beverly Hills this early in my career is something I will NEVER take for granted. Making this film was an absurd undertaking: having been brought on 5 days beforehand and shooting for only 8 days. The lifelong friends I’ve made from this crew was worth every drop of blood, sweat, and tears that we all put into this movie. I cannot wait to see how my image quality improves for my next one.

(I held off on posting these because I was waiting for the Getty images to come in, but they never did 💀) by @gabi._.d
