Happy 33rd birthday to my favorite hunting partner, fishing buddy, backroad driver, and the man I’d choose to do this life with over and over again. There’s no one I’d rather spend early mornings in the woods with, long days on the water, or countless hours driving around looking for something with feathers or antlers. Life with you usually involves muddy boots, way too many hunting stories, and plans that somehow always revolve around what season is open, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I hope 33 brings you big bucks, loud gobbles, tight lines, good dogs, full straps, and plenty of excuses to be outside doing what you love. Happy birthday, Trev. I love the life we’ve built, all the adventures we’ve had, and knowing there are so many more ahead of us. I love you big. 🤍🪶 by @gabntab1

Well, turkey season has officially come to an end, and what a ride it was.
•
To be honest, this season didn’t go the way I had pictured it. After missing a bird at 30 yards early on, I got what they call “turkey depression.” Every morning after that, I would completely psych myself out and fight major anxiety before heading into the woods. It sounds silly to some people, but if you’ve spent enough time chasing turkeys, you know exactly what I’m talking about.
•
Note to self: always use your own gun…. Borrowing one seems to always bite me on the ass. Once I finally got my ole reliable back in my hands, I found the confidence I’d been missing and was able to get my redemption.
•
Just when things were turning around, turkey season got put on pause for something much more important, my little sister’s wedding. Two days before the season ended, I traded camo for a bridesmaid dress and got to celebrate one of the biggest days of her life.
•
Looking back, this season wasn’t perfect, but maybe that’s what made it memorable. There were missed opportunities, lessons learned, miles walked, incredible people met, and memories made that I’ll never forget.
•
Thank you to everyone who followed along, shared a hunt, sent encouragement, or crossed paths with me this spring. I’m incredibly grateful.

Now it’s time to put the gear away, catch up on sleep, and suffer from a serious case of turkey depression until next season. See y’all in 2027! by @gabntab1

Not my first gobbler… but my first one completely on my own, and on public land!
This bird made me earn every inch, 700-yard creek walk- with water to my belly button, and a 300-yard army crawl across the field. A few soft yelps later… and bingo, he was mine. I can’t thank my amazing other half, enough for teaching me everything I know about the turkey woods. It’s opened a whole new chapter and perspective in my life.

Another year leaving Florida is always bittersweet. Tagged my first Osceola, pushed myself to hunt the Green Swamp solo, and made memories I won’t forget. Good food, good friends, great camp, and time with my favorite person. Can’t ask for much more than that. by @gabntab1

2025 season comes to an end — a year of lessons, grit, resilience, and growth. I’m grateful for everything this season taught me about patience, discipline, and trusting the process. In 2026 I’m chasing new horizons… seeing more of the world, saying yes to once-in-a-lifetime hunting opportunities, building healthier habits, strengthening my routine, and continuing to become a version of myself I’m proud of. by @gabntab1

From the treestands to the turkey blinds, from early mornings chasing deer to late nights laughing about our adventures—we’ve built memories that are one-of-a-kind. Life with you is never boring, whether we’re packing bait, hauling gear, or celebrating the hunt of a lifetime.

You’re not just my hunting partner—you’re my best friend, my rock, and the one I get to share every season of life with. Here’s to more bucks on camera, more gobbles in the spring, and more adventures that we’ll be laughing about years from now.
