I took a little bit too far on testing Calvary features and ended up creating a new personal project . It was almost a stress test of this tool that now is available for free. I don’t think it replaces after effects but it adds a lot to my tool box.

A partir daí, deixei as ideias fluírem enquanto animava, explorando novas possibilidades no processo.

A small experiment mixing media and references. I started by scanning an abstract artwork I created during the @cottidianices workshop at the @elcabriton festival.

From there, I let the ideas flow as I animated, exploring new possibilities in the process.

This animation was part of a colab with the theme "Getting out of the cave" I made this while I was moving to São Paulo and living totally new experiences. I took inspiration from a lot of things. From a 2008 movie called Tokyo tô the song "Nostalgia" by Vivendo do Ócio.

That was my 2023. I met a lot of great people, made some friends and risked myself on the freelancer world. Thanks to everyone that collaborated, helped me out and took some beers on this part of my journey. Now I'm gonna rest a little and preparing myself for some huge stuff that are coming on 2024. See you then
