@ifbbpro_james_b , from the moment I met you I knew you were special. The impact you have not only on me, but my heart is indescribable. You’re tenacious, devoted, and a God fearing man whom I cherish every moment I have with. #wheelchairbodybuilding

Some people come into your life when you least expect it… and somehow, it feels like they were supposed to be there all along. ❤️

I’m truly grateful for this woman and the way she came into my life out of nowhere. Without forcing anything, she’s managed to break down walls I honestly never thought I’d let anyone get through. Walls I built high for a reason.

She’s reminded me what it feels like to open my heart again—to be vulnerable, to trust, to laugh, and to genuinely enjoy having someone beside me.

I don’t know exactly what God has planned, but I do know I’m grateful for where He has me right now and for the people He places in my path.

Sometimes the biggest blessings are the ones you never saw coming. 🙏❤️

And this one… I’m thankful for more than she probably realizes.

My sunshine, my muse, my soon to be husband.. today is your birthday 🤍🧁

As we celebrate you today, I think back to all the great memories we’ve had, all the smiles you’ve given me, and the laughter we’ve shared, I’ll forever thank God for guiding me to you. You’ve shown me greatness, given me happiness, we have a lifetime together. I fall in love with you all over again everyday. Our life is full of adventures, this is only the beginning.

Happy birthday my love, you’re my passion forever, my man I’ll always pursue. 💌🎈 by @gabrielaaa_fit

Peak week is almost among us…

I’ve been fairly quiet these last couple of weeks as I lead into almost the final week of my first prep season. There’s been a lot of highs, many lows, multiple negatives, but happy positives. I’ve learned a lot not only about myself but the determination, dedication that goes into bodybuilding not only physically, but emotionally, financially, and mentally.

As I enter this final week, I will be completely honest and say these last 5 months did not go as planned. My body changed in ways I was not expecting, my energy was playing mind games, and many exterior factors became a factor, but I LEARNED what I can fix for my next prep season.

As I head into this show I have no expectations. Overall, I’m glad I got all the errors, mistakes, and takeaways out of the way and have been overall just having fun learning about everything of what this sport REALLY takes & putting all my energy that i have left. #peakweekfeels

I was determined to finish what I started and I’m doing just that, no matter what happens on that stage, I’m feeling more confident and prepared for my next go around‼️I will continue to shine on that stage the best I learned how to, but I also know I’m looking forward to growing more. My time isn’t over yet, it’s just getting started.💪🏽 #bodybuilding #naturalwellness #firsttimecompetitor

@ifbbpro_james_b has been AMAZING through all my mental blocks, struggles and rebuilding my love not only for myself but for the stage & sport as a whole. Without him, I probably wouldn’t be standing here today, let alone pursuing my show. He is my rock, my idol, and soon to be husband that i’m forever grateful for. ♾️ ❤️ #moonandstars by @gabrielaaa_fit

Gabi, I truly believe God knew exactly what I needed when He brought you into my life. ❤️

I know I’m not perfect, and I know there will be days when I fall short, but I hope you never have to question how much you mean to me.

I want you to know that no matter what life throws our way, you’ll never have to face it alone. I’ll always be right there beside you, protecting you, standing up for you, praying over you, and doing everything I can to put a smile on your face.

Your happiness, your heart, and your peace will always matter to me. I never want you to feel like you have to carry the weight of this world by yourself.

God trusted me with your heart, and that’s something I’ll never take lightly.

I can’t promise you a perfect life, but I can promise you a man who will never stop loving you, fighting for us, and choosing you every single day.

I love you, Gabi. And I’ll spend the rest of my life making sure you know it. ❤️🙏

The greatest victory wasn’t on the Olympia stage—it was knowing Gabi was in my corner. ❤️🥹

While I gave everything under the lights, @gabrielaaa_fit was right there in the crowd, giving me just as much love, energy, and support. Her prayers and unwavering belief in me mean more than any title ever could.

God knew exactly what He was doing when He brought her into my life. 🙏❤️

Gabi, you are my biggest cheerleader, my peace, and my answered prayer. Sharing this journey with you is the greatest blessing.

Titles may be won onstage, but life is truly won by the people who never stop standing beside you. Value them, cherish them, and never take their support for granted. ❤️

SHE SAID YES!!! 💍❤️

One night I prayed and told God that I was perfectly content being alone. I didn’t need anyone to complete my life. I was at peace with whatever He had planned for me.

And I swear God laughed and said, “That’s great, but here’s what you actually need.” 😂❤️

Then He brought Gabby into my life.

Little did I know, the woman I wasn’t looking for would become the woman I couldn’t imagine doing life without.

God’s timing will always be better than ours. 🙏🏼

Now we’re putting God at the center of our forever. ❤️💍

I love you, my future Mrs. Berger! 🥹❤️

Olympia was over… so obviously the next competition was who could destroy the most donuts. 🍩😂

@gabrielaaa_fit had a few.

I had… the rest. 💀🤣

After months of prep, posing, and saying “no” to everything that tastes good, these donuts never stood a chance.

Best part wasn’t even the food though—it was getting to finally relax in Vegas with my favorite person. ❤️

She got the cute post-show date.
I got the donuts.
Everybody won. 😂🍩

Be honest… how many donuts are you putting down after prep? 👇

A quiet moment with God before rolling into the moment I prayed for. ✝️

No pressure. No fear. Just gratitude.

Grateful for the journey, grateful for the opportunity, and grateful that God continues to give me a platform to do what I love and represent something bigger than myself.

Peace in my heart. Purpose on my mind. God at the center. 🙏
