Hi, I’m Gabriela , but you can call me Gabby and I am the founder of Mindful Miles 🎀👋🏼

I created Mindful Miles because I wanted a space where women could simply show up, be themselves, make new connections, move their bodies, try new things, and feel like they belonged. 🥹💗

What started with a walk has turned into Pilates dates, matcha meetups, Citi Girls days, wellness events, new friendships, lots of laughs, and so many memories I’ll forever be grateful for.

And my favorite part? Watching girls come in as strangers and leave knowing they’ve found a new friend. 🫶🏼

Here’s just a tiny glimpse into the community we’re building.
