Yesterday my yin-to-my-yang, my brotha-from-down-unda, my dear friend of 11 years @burrgz_ moved back to Australia. I’m truly grateful for this chapter of life I got to know Joel and all people he brought together with his commitment to community and shenanigans. Joel helped me grow as a person and I cherish all the memories we shared. Last month we took a little trip to Gabriola Island to visit my Aunt & Uncle. Then we drove across Vancouver Island to enjoy some of the beaches South of Port Renfrew. We stayed at Fossil Bay Resort which had an amazing view with a hot tub.👌 Highly recommend!

Thank you all for the birthday wishes! I had a wonderful day with my beautiful lady Bria. We packed in a relaxing mani-pedi, a delicious dinner at @themackenzieroom and a banging set from @mph_uk to close out the night. R.I.P. to both my paternal grandmother Delia Lily Boyko (August 15, 1930 - January 29, 2025 94yo) and maternal grandmother Ann Blackett (November 5, 1931 - March 31, 2025 93yo). Both women passed away within two months of each other, but thankfully we’re in the company of family.   I was very close to both of my grannies. Despite having different personalities, they both expressed curiosity and thoughtfulness that they shared through many conversations we had together. With each of them alive for almost a century, they shared humbling perspectives on their lives and how things once were. These insights always fascinated me and helped me stay grounded throughout the years.
