I didn’t start this journey because I hated my body.

I started because I missed ME. 🤍

I’ve always loved fitness. For years, working out and taking care of myself was just part of who I was.

Then life happened.

Motherhood. Nursing. Long shifts. Responsibilities. And some really hard seasons over the past year.

There were some low points, and somewhere along the way, I stopped showing up for myself the way I used to.

So I decided to start again. 💪🏼

Not to become the smallest version of myself—but the strongest, healthiest and most confident version.

I started lifting weights again. Prioritizing protein and nutrition. Moving my body. Building better habits. And learning that consistency matters so much more than perfection.

I’m still a work in progress—and that’s exactly why I’m sharing it.

Because I know there are other women and moms who have gone through hard seasons and thought, “I just want to feel like myself again.”

You don’t have to have everything figured out.
You don’t have to wait until life gets easier.

You can start right where you are.

This isn’t about getting my old self back.

It’s about building an even stronger version of her. 🤍💪🏼

And if you’re rebuilding too, come with me.

There’s no perfect time to start taking care of yourself. Life will always be busy, and waiting for things to slow down can keep you stuck.

Start with small habits you can stick with, even during the messy seasons. That’s how you build consistency that lasts.

There are still 9 weeks left in 2026. A lot can change when you start showing up for yourself..including those booty gains!

A little lunch date and a lot of pretty food 🤤 I love my nourishing meals at home, but getting out and trying something delicious is one of my favorite treats too. 🤎

No gym, no fancy setup, just a pair of dumbbells and the choice to show up. Progress comes from staying consistent wherever you can.
