For years, I thought success meant staying busy.

30+ years in the beauty industry. Raising my daughters. Living life at NYC speed.

Then I moved, slowed down and realized peace was the glow up I didn’t know I needed.

I’m still building. Still creating. Still traveling.

I’m just no longer sacrificing myself to do it.

A few things that have made the biggest difference…

• Protecting my peace like it’s part of my beauty routine.

• Strength training. Lift heavy. Lift often. It’s never too late to start.

• Eating to nourish my body, skin and hair.

• Staying consistent with the basics: water, quality sleep and daily movement.

• Letting go of people, opportunities and expectations that cost me my peace. (Still a work in progress.)

• Remembering that real beauty isn’t just what I create behind the chair… it’s how I feel when I walk away from it.

None of this happened overnight. Just small choices, repeated over time.

Turns out the journey was never just mine ✨
