Shoulda Woulda Coulda18/04/2027🇮🇹Cresciamo nudi davanti al mondo, senza difese, affamati di sguardi.Ci nutriamo delle parole degli adulti che promettono cura e seminano ferite.Ci dicono chi essere, ci insegnano a piacere, ci rubano il tempo, la pelle, il respiro.L’adolescenza diventa un campo di battaglia: innocenza contro potere, fiducia contro dominio.E mentre l’anima si piega, una parte di noi resiste, silenziosa, vibrante, pronta a rinascere.Il corpo ricorda ciò che la mente tenta di cancellare.Ma nella danza, nel movimento, nella voce che ritorna, c’è la possibilità di riscriversi, di dire: sono qui, e sono ancora mio.🇫🇷Nous grandissons nus face au monde, sans défense, affamés de regards.Nous nous nourrissons des mots des adultesqui promettent le soin et sèment les blessures.Ils nous disent qui être, nous apprennent à plaire, nous volent le temps, la peau, le souffle.L’adolescence devient un champ de bataille :l’innocence contre le pouvoir,la confiance contre la domination.Et tandis que l’âme se plie,une part de nous résiste,silencieuse, vibrante, prête à renaître.Le corps se souvient de ce que l’esprit tente d’oublier mais dans la danse, dans le mouvement, dans la voix qui revient,il y a la possibilité de se réécrire,de dire : je suis là, et je suis encore à moi🇬🇧We grow up naked before the world, defenceless, hungry for eyes upon us.We feed on the words of adults who promise care and sow wounds.They tell us who to be, they teach us how to please, they steal our time, our skin, our breath.Adolescence becomes a battlefield: innocence against power, trust against domination.And while the soul bends, a part of us resists, silent, vibrant, ready to be reborn.The body remembers what the mind tries to erase.But in the dance, in the movement, in the voice that returns, there is the chance to rewrite ourselves, to say: I am here, and I am still my own. by @gabry777
