Sorry to catfish you x

GABS is NOT closing closing 😂

But we ARE closing on a few dates over the next couple of months for private hires, events, festive chaos and our ONE YEAR birthday celebrations.

So please save this post, check your calendars and get those tables booked because December is already looking BUSY.

We’ve got Cocktail Coven, festive wine tasting, our Victorian Festive Feast, The Ultimate Betrayal, private hires and all the Christmas madness in between.

Basically... if you’ve been saying “we need to book GABS” this is your sign.

Sorry for the mini heart attack 🤎 x

We're so excited for our upcoming Coven Series 🔮

Tickets are now live, and selling fast ✨

Beware, a crow told me there's more surprises on the way. 🌙

We will see you there 🍸 by @gabs_los

7 Days ago, I sat up into the early hours of the morning, wondering, and panicking 🙃 if I had made the right choice. I had handed my notice in at my full time job and officially made the biggest decision of my life to date. I was terrified that what I was about to embark on could be the biggest mistake I've ever made, and at the ripe age of 23, I can safely say I've made a few 🫣

BUT....

The past 6 days have quite literally blown me away ☺️ and the kindness and support I have been lucky enough to receive has been immense!! I truly feel so incredibly lucky to have this opportunity and I know I keep saying it but I CANNOT wait to share my vision and dream with so many people!! ✨

Roll on opening night... and keep an eye out for our day to day hours, we're dropping them soon 🫶🏻

Call us crazy 🤪 but we’re REALLY feeling festive at GABS 🎄✨

Halloween is barely out the door, but our Christmas tree was practically begging to come out of its box 😂

So naturally, some of our lovely GABS team got straight to work bringing a little Christmas magic to the restaurant 🥹🎀

Enjoy a little behind the scenes of us putting up this year’s tree. We might be a tad early, but we simply couldn’t help ourselves!

Too early? Absolutely not. 🎄🥂✨ by @gabs_los

What we’re pouring this weekend at GABS 🔮🌙🕯️✨

Our FORTUNA MALBEC not only looks the mystic part, but it’s sure to put a spell on you ✨

Fruit forward and intense on the nose, with a rich, full palate and soft, round tannins. Basically, the ultimate potion in a bottle 🔮🍷

Come and try it this weekend ✨ by @gabs_los

Last night was the ultimate dinner party, Coven style 🔮🕯️✨

The drinks were flowing, the food was going down a treat and messages were brought from the other side.

Shall we do something like this again? ✨ by @gabs_los

Sundays are meant for coffees, slow afternoons and a grazing board at GABS. ✨🫶🏻 by @gabs_los

GABS has never just been about food✨

When we created GABS, we wanted it to feel like somewhere you could walk into and instantly feel comfortable.

A place to grab a coffee with a friend, sit with a cocktail after a long week, pop in on your own, bring your mum, have a first date, celebrate something big or just escape the house for an hour.

We wanted it to feel a little bit like popping round to a friend’s house.

Warm. Familiar. Relaxed.

The kind of place where we remember your face, probably remember your order, ask how your holiday was and notice when we haven’t seen you for a little while.

A space where you never have to feel awkward coming in alone.

Where there’s always a candle lit, something good playing, a coffee pouring and always someone behind the bar ready for a chat.

Over the last year, GABS has somehow become so much more than the little idea we started with.

It’s birthdays, first dates, catch ups, work meetings, baby showers, girls’ nights, Sunday wines, solo coffees, celebrations and a familiar place to come and feel welcome.

And that means more to us than we could probably ever explain.

So now we want to know…

What does GABS mean to you?

Maybe it’s your coffee spot.
Your date-night spot.
Your girls’ night place.
Somewhere you’ve met new people.
Somewhere you always feel comfortable.
Or just somewhere you bloody love spending a Saturday afternoon.

We’d genuinely love to hear it. 🤍

Tell us below, or head over to our Stories and leave us a little note.

Because GABS might have started with us, but it’s become what it is because of all of you 🖤 by @gabs_los
