I remember telling Jeffrey in his dorm room freshmen year of college that I wanted to marry him 🥹 Almost 10 years later & here we are 😭

Every part of MAKE aligns with what I want to build ✨ The products. The systems. The corporate team. The culture. It checks every single box for me.

This industry truly changed my life. Over the last several years, I learned so much while leading a team that generated over $12 million in product sales. Those experiences shaped me in ways I’ll always be grateful for.🥹

& now I’m excited to build again…but this time in a way that feels even more aligned.

Recently I found myself waiting to feel ready before making some big moves in my life.

But I had to remind myself that I’ve never actually felt ready…

Not when I committed to playing D1 soccer at Purdue. Not when I took my first corporate job. Not when I started my first business. Not when I stepped into coaching soccer. Not when I became a coach at F45. Not when I made my first career change to work in influencer management. And definitely not when I walked away from one business to build something new.

Every meaningful step I’ve taken in my life has come with some fear. Looking back I’m sooooo grateful I didn’t wait until I felt confident or “ready” enough. If I had I would’ve missed out on some of the most rewarding experiences of my life!!!!

So if you’re waiting to feel ready this is your reminder…ready isn’t a feeling. It’s a decision! 🫶🏻 by @gabsgeorge_
