POSTS STORIES REELS

Born and based in Bern. We never crossed paths — until a wedding in 2018. No business plan (we’ve still never written one), no investors, no roadmap. Just two women who decided to build something, and manifested the rest into being.

Swipe through and you’ll see the real version. The magic and the mess. A pandemic that closed the world but couldn’t stop love. A rebrand. Babies on our hips while we worked. Empty hotels we drove to just to be ready for what we knew was coming. The year we both went all in — and it took everything, mentally and physically.

The highs were high. The lows were real. And still, we kept going.

Because here’s what no one tells you: the wedding world is the greatest school of life that exists.

Nowhere else do you meet so many kinds of people, hold so much emotion, and carry so much pressure — all at once. You cannot survive it, let alone grow it, without growing yourself. It breaks you open, then it makes you unbreakable. You learn exactly who you are and what you’re capable of. You take full responsibility for your life, in every single area of it. And in return, you get to create moments for people that would never have existed without you.

There is no feeling like it. And we get to chase it, again and again.

That’s why it’s always worth continuing. Not because it’s easy — because it’s the most alive we’ve ever felt. This is our life school, and we’re proud to be part of it.

And if we can walk beside someone else on their path — in any form at all — we’re only happier for it.

To be continued.
— Tamara & Tiziana

Two founders. One company. And over ten years of learning when to lead — and when to let the other lead.

Some days, we’re business partners. Some days, one of us is the boss. And yes… some days, it takes a few attempts to get the script right. 😂

What makes our partnership work isn’t that we both have a say in every single decision. It’s knowing exactly who is leading each project — and trusting her completely.

When Tiziana leads, Tamara and the team execute.
When Tamara leads, Tiziana and the team executes.

No second-guessing. No founder ego. No constant “but I would have done it differently.”

Because equality doesn’t mean being equally in charge at every moment. The equality lies in the trust.

Everything we didn’t say for ten years, we’re sharing now.

Follow the GAEA.WAY for the honest lessons behind building a luxury event company — without losing yourself in the process. 🩷

People think this job is candlelight and flowers. It is — for about five percent of the time.

The other ninety-five? It's the 5 a.m. load-in, the heavy boxes, the vendor calls, the weather plan B, the quiet crisis solved before a single guest notices. The ease you feel in the room is engineered — calm on the surface always takes enormous work underneath. That work is the craft.

And honestly? We wouldn't trade it. Because when it all comes together, there is genuinely nothing else like it.

So we're curious: what surprised you most when you started out — the hours, the pressure, or the problem-solving? Tell us below, we read every one. 🤍

Save this for the day the "glamorous job" feels anything but — and follow along for both sides of it.

People assume that once you're "successful," the self-doubt finally goes quiet.

It doesn't. Years, three countries and countless celebrations in — it still shows up before big pitches, new venues, higher price points. What changed isn't the doubt. It's what we do with it.

Because confidence was never the thing that came first. You don't wait to feel ready and then act — you act, and the readiness slowly catches up. The planners who look fearless aren't fearless; they've just learned to keep moving while the doubt is still talking.

And honestly? Doubt usually isn't proof that you're not good enough. More often it means you care, and that you're standing right at the edge of your next level.

So we're curious — and we mean it: what does your doubt whisper loudest? Your pricing, your timing, or the fear of being "found out"? Tell us below. We read every single one. 🤍

Save this for the next moment you don't feel ready — and follow along for the parts of this industry no one says out loud. by @gaea.way.mentoring

We used to answer emails at 2 a.m. and call it dedication.

It wasn't. It was fear dressed up as commitment — the belief that a "real" wedding planner is always reachable, always on, always saying yes.

Here's what we've learned building GAEA across three countries: luxury clients aren't paying for your availability. They're paying for your judgement, your calm, and the feeling that everything is quietly handled. A planner who replies at 2 a.m. reads as anxious. A planner with clear boundaries reads as in control — and gets to charge accordingly.

Boundaries aren't the opposite of great service. They're what let it last — for your clients, and for you.

So we're genuinely curious as we build this space: which myth are you still trying to unlearn? Tell us below — we're reading every single one.

Save this for the next time you feel guilty for logging off.

Nobody gives you a manual for building a luxury business.

You learn as you go—often by getting it wrong first.

These are five lessons we learned the hard way:

1. Beautiful work is only the entrance. The experience is everything else.
2. Your reputation travels faster than any advertisement ever could.
3. Pricing too low doesn’t attract easier clients—it often attracts the most difficult ones.
4. You will outgrow vendors, partners and sometimes even clients. That isn’t disloyalty. It’s growth.
5. Your business will take exactly as much as you give it. You have to be the one who decides when enough is enough.

Which one did you need to hear today?

Follow us for Part 2 of the lessons nobody told us about building a luxury business.

Okay, maybe it’s time you actually got to know the people behind GAEA. 👀

For years, you mostly saw our work.

The weddings.
The designs.
The flowers.
The beautiful places.

Us? Not so much. 😂

But behind GAEA are two very different humans who somehow built one business together — and after all these years, still genuinely love doing it together.

And since recording this Reel, we already have an important correction to make:

Tiziana does NOT have the number of cats mentioned in this video anymore.

She now has FIVE.🐈🐈🐈🐈🐈

Apparently things move fast around here.

And there’s a lot more you probably don’t know about us yet.

So consider this the beginning.

More of the real stories, the lessons, the things that went wrong, the things that worked — and everything that happened behind the scenes while building GAEA.

Welcome to the GAEA.WAY. 🤍

What if success isn’t about doing more — but having more choice?

More choice over your time.
More choice over where you work.
More choice over who you work with.
And more choice over the kind of life you’re actually building.

For us, freedom has become one of the biggest measures of success.

Not because running your own business means you’ll never work late, never feel stressed or suddenly have endless free time. We definitely know that’s not the reality. 😅

But because, over time, you can build something that gives you **options**.

And we believe that’s something every creative entrepreneur deserves to work towards.

That’s a huge part of what we want to share through the GAEA.WAY — not just how to build a successful wedding business, but how to build one that actually works for you.

If that’s the kind of business you want to create too, send us “GAEA” in a DM and we’ll tell you more. 🤍

Success was never just about making more money.

For us, success means independence.

Being able to choose where you work.
When you work.
Who you work with.
Which projects you say YES to — and which ones you don’t.

It means building a business that supports the life you actually want to live — instead of building a life around your business.

And no, we didn’t figure this out overnight.

We built GAEA through years of experience, mistakes, growth, trust, and a lot of figuring things out along the way.

That’s exactly why we created the GAEA.WAY.

To share what we wish we had known when we started — and help other wedding professionals build a business that feels successful on their own terms.

Because your business should give you more freedom, not less.

This is the GAEA.WAY. 🤍

Your business is growing. So why does it still feel like you're carrying all of it?
JOIN OUR FREE LIVE WEBINAR - JUNE 7, 2026 - 10:00 AM

The enquiries are coming in.
The work looks great.
People see your success.

But behind the scenes?

You're still involved in every decision.
Taking time off feels impossible.
You hesitate before sending your pricing.
You keep saying yes because saying no feels risky.

And somehow, despite all the effort, the business still depends entirely on you.

That's not because you're doing something wrong.

It's because growth without structure eventually becomes exhausting.

The businesses that scale sustainably aren't built on more hours, more hustle, or more pressure.

They're built on:

A positioning that makes them the obvious choice.
A client journey that converts consistently.
Systems that support growth without constant oversight.
Pricing that reflects value with confidence.

When those pieces are in place, everything changes.

You stop chasing opportunities.
You start attracting the right ones.

You stop competing on price.
You start being chosen for your expertise.

You stop carrying the business alone.
The business starts carrying its own weight.

If you're ready for the next stage of growth, join us.

Your business looks successful. So why does it still feel this heavy?

You're booked. The work is beautiful. People refer you, follow you, admire what you create.

And still — you can't fully step away. Not even for a week. The revenue is okay, but it never quite reflects what it actually costs you. You second-guess your prices before you even send them. You say yes to things you shouldn't, because the system to say no doesn't exist yet.

From the outside: successful.
From the inside: running on willpower alone.

That's not a talent problem. And it's not something you fix by working harder.

On June 7, we're showing you exactly what changes — and how.

Free. Live. 90 minutes. Limited spots. No replay.
