Two medals at the Asian Games! 🇮🇳🥈🥈

Congratulations, Elavenil, on a fantastic performance. Two medals are a reflection not just of what happens on competition day, but of the years of discipline, patience, hard work and countless hours behind the firing line.

It was good to catch up after the event, celebrate what has been achieved and then quickly turn our attention to what comes next, the Mixed Team event.

I asked her to stop copying my performances and go beyond…😂😂

We spoke about keeping things simple from here.

DO: Recover well. Stay hydrated. Eat right. Sleep well. Trust your technique. Stick to the routine that brought you here. Stay in your own bubble and take the next match one shot at a time.

DON’T: Overanalyse the previous matches. Don’t chase scores or medals. Don’t suddenly change technique or equipment. Don’t get caught up in expectations, social media or what others are shooting.

The medals already won belong to yesterday. The next match starts at 0 to 0.

Rest is a secret…😉

Reset. Refocus. Enjoy the pressure. Go out there with the same courage and belief.

Proud of you, Ela. 🇮🇳

Two medals secured. One more opportunity ahead.

Some champions have that spark long before the world sees their shine! 🇮🇳🥉

I remember seeing young Dhinidhi Desinghu at the Paris 2024 Olympics, when I was serving as India’s Chef de Mission.

There was something about her. That spark in her eyes, the excitement, the hunger to achieve something special. You could sense that this young girl had big dreams.

And today, watching her stand on the podium with a bronze medal at the Dakar 2026 Youth Olympic Games, I couldn’t be happier! ❤️

From being one of the youngest members of our contingent in Paris to becoming a Youth Olympic medallist, what a beautiful journey!

Dhinidhi, I saw that spark in Paris. Today, the world is seeing it too! ✨

Keep dreaming, keep pushing boundaries. This is just the beginning, champion!

So proud of you! 🇮🇳👏

Kudos to MYAS ,SAI AND Swimming Federation of India

Some moments in the wild just stay with you. ❤️🐒

I loved the way this little one was tucked close to its mother, looking at the world with those curious eyes, while she sat there so calmly, keeping her baby safe.

I could have watched them for hours. 🥹

It’s little moments like these that make me fall in love with wildlife photography all over again. 🌿📸
