so limbo is out. the theme is second guessing. please hear me out when i say i HATED every minute of making this EP… in the best way possible. but at the end of the day, i can SUCCESSFULLY SAY that i have finally found my love for music again… if that makes sense. this project was written entirely by me in the span of 3 days. it took going to total isolation in a state in the midwest to fish this out. i have never been so tapped in to anything IN MY LIFE… as much as this project. limbo encapsulates pretty much what the video game protrayed. total darkness with the sense that monsters are creeping around at all moments. i’m also glad to say that my limbo has finally found some light. this is the most authentic i’ve ever been. i couldn’t have done that without the help of so many peers who put in the work to help me tap into this world we made. thank u to @liv.laughloveme for her work on 11:59, @r3fuse2di3 and her beautiful words on deuces, WOLFGANG, Ahmed, Jess, and so many more for inspiration and collaboration on this project. Thank u to the beautiful country of India for the culture and the knowledge that i’m so lucky to be a part of and utilize sonically in bits and pieces on here as well. all i ask is to please use these songs to let whatever is holding on to you burn. i touch on a wild amount of topics so if it’s conceptually a mess, congratulations u see how my thoughts were this time last year. it’s time for us to WRAP THIS SHIT UP and throw away the key.
