A true flock is a group of animals that live, feed, travel or migrate together, most commonly referring to birds as well as sheep and goats. (A flock of goats is actually called a “TRIP”!)

Something that distinguishes flocks are coordinated movements and their ability to survive in large numbers. Flocks move together in order to migrate based on resources which can change seasonally. While doing so, survival is super important, as remaining in large numbers reduces predation. It also is essential for foraging. Flocks help each other locate and maintain food dynamics within an ecosystem.

Different flocks can be seen together as we can see flocks of birds and flocks of different species cohabitating together in nature.

Also, boycott any so-called FLOCKS of psyops made from inorganic material, used as weapons of mass surveillance, and CANNOT make you feel happy inside, feed you, nor make you free.
Your data and your dignity matter. #JoinTheCult

Doe-Re-Mi…Look who I see. Do you think she is shy or just intrigued?

Did you know that deers are also ruminants just like us goats, sheep, cows, and giraffes!? That means our stomachs have four chambers that help break down all the yummy food we eat! No wonder deer can eat so many different berries and not get sick…but geez louise they sure can get TICKS!

We found an abundant hemp field! Yum Yum!

“Bhanga” (Cannabis sativa) is classified as a traditional medicinal herb with heating and quick-spreading properties. Known by many names worldwide such as, marijuana, ganja, vijaya, hemp, cannabis and so many more. The Cannabis Sativa plant has been associated with ancient rituals and has been cultivated for its fibers, food, and medicinal properties.

Cannabis Sativa, scientific name of the bhang is a Latin name, in which sativa meant sown or cultivation. This plant has anti-inflammatory, sedative, anodyne, narcotic, neuralgic, anti-rheumatism, digestive, astringent, antispasmodic, aphrodisiac and diuretic properties. It is helpful in treating nervous disorders, gout, infantile convulsions, insomnia, gonorrhea, urinary infections, chronic cystitis and more. It is also known to give relief from strong pains, swelling, wounds and dandruff.

It is the native to central Asia. It is grown in Asia, Europe, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan and China. Bhanga has been cultivated from ancient times in India since 900BC. Then in the medieval period, it was brought to North Africa.

The legal status of hemp in the United States shifted from an early agricultural staple to complete prohibition under the 1970 Controlled Substances Act, before returning as a legal commercial crop via the 2018 Farm Bill and facing subsequent federal re-evaluations on intoxicants.

So regardless of what anyone thinks about this plant…I’m gonna keep on chewing, in small doses of course, and only where it grows in abundance! 😉

Known as Gitchi-Gami (“Great Sea”) by the Ojibwe people. This large body of water, also known as “Lake Superior”, is actually classified as an “inland sea”. Gitchi-Gami is the 3rd largest lake in the world, Containing 3 QUADRILLION gallons of water, it would take one big straw to drink up all of that! Gitchi-Gami contains 10% of all the surface freshwater on Earth! WOW!

My dad and my mom sure do love taking me canoeing. Stay tuned for the next time we hit the water! 🌊🐐🛶

Shout out to @jlorenzomart for helping us with film stuff. Watch out for more collabos with John soon!

Heavy is the head that holds the snoot!

Did you know that weight and mass are different~ Depending on the size of the planet/astral body the gravitational force changes. Therefore your weight will change accordingly. Weight is a measurement that takes in account the gravitational force where as mass is determined by how much substance/ stuff something has 🐐🐐🐐#snoot #shewasthere #gaialegoat #gravity #goatsofinstagram by @gaialegoat

The best crunch on this side of the Rio Grande is at @galvanfoods #DowntownSaintPaul at the Farmers Market in #Lowertown. For their tortillas and chips they use the traditional Aztec, Mayan and Olmec process of #Nixtamalization where dried corn is boiled and soaked in an alkaline solution, traditionally made with water and wood ash or calcium hydroxide (slaked lime). This process breaks down the corn to make it more easily digestible (for all you humans at least😁). Yum yum yummm!!

Go see my Auntie and Uncle at Galvan Foods, tell them Gaia sent you and order some yummy Mexican Food cooked with so much Love and Care!
