As I was looking for photos to post, I kept coming across pictures of the three of you so close together. It made me realize that from the very moment you were born, you were bound to each other. Your sisters couldn’t wait to hold you, feed you, and step into their roles as loving big sister …..and that love and care continues to this very day.

It doesn’t mean you’ll always agree, but it does mean you respect each other and show up for one another no matter what. Your dad and I saw that so clearly this past year when Nicole and Jaclyn gave of their time so selflessly to be there for you during your prophylactic double mastectomy. They surrounded you with love and support, just as they always have.

You know how much it has always meant to me that the three of you stay close. Life isn’t always easy, and having sisters to lean on, without judgment, just unconditional love, is truly priceless.

Even though this post is to celebrate your 40th birthday, and it should be just about you, I can’t help but feel that one of the greatest gifts in your life is the bond you share with your sisters, and that deserves to be highlighted.

You have such a wonderful personality, so warm, funny, and full of life. Everyone who knows you adores you. And the way you put being a mom first is something we admire so deeply. We couldn’t be more proud of the woman you are. You and Michael have built a beautiful life together.

So this weekend, celebrate YOU. You deserve every bit of love, joy, and happiness. We love you forever and always !😘

I’m rarely at a loss for words when sharing on social media—I love expressing how I feel. But this time, every time I think about last weekend, all I can do is smile from ear to ear—completely speechless! I’m still on an incredible high, and here’s what I finally decided to share:

What an unbelievable, exciting, and surprise-filled weekend it was!

It’s been a week since @jaclynbaker_ won Ms. Fitness International at the Arnold Sports Festival Columbus Ohio. This victory is something Jac has worked tirelessly for—as she said, she fought, crawled, and climbed her way to the top with everything she had (and then some) over the past 10 years. The trophy and the prize money are symbols of her achievement, but the true victory lies in knowing she was rightfully awarded for her dedication, perseverance, and excellence in the sport. When you put everything on the line and know in your heart that you gave it your all, the win is even sweeter.

Daddy and I love you so much and are always proud of you. But more than anything, we wanted you to achieve what you set out for—to WIN! 👏🏻👏🏻🥇🔥😤And now, you hold the prestigious title of Ms. Fitness International 2025—yours to represent with class and respect for the sport. We know you will continue to speak out and educate women on Fitness.
