Recent stuff in the studio, the muse exists. And shows up. And thrives and inspires. And brightens the earth experience.

Itty bitty minis. Sharing some 3x5 paintings from my little bound book of watercolor paper. Easy to transport and paint in on the run at the Colorado Monument or in the studio. Some have been matted and are available at the Blue Pig Gallery in Palisade Colorado. Check it out!

Thanks for looking. Hope you love 💖

Bright Life. Original Watercolor. 11x14. I love flowers so much and I hope you do too!

For me some paintings take forever to finish and for some reason I just kept going on this one, and then stopping and setting it aside. Starting to paint on it again, then stopping. Yes the whole time and using other mediums, including earthenware clay.

Gazania flowers. So gorgeous. Originating from Africa. They make me soooo happy!

Love the Chimayo Hotel. It's so old Santa Fe. Right on the plaza downtown. So comfy it always feels like home.
A warm fire is exactly what Spirit needed.

My new Goddess mask fired up and ready for color.
She's a warrior and she's pretty pissed off.
I love the textures and imagining how she'll look when she's done.

Will add some dangling pointy objects, a skull and some beads after the glaze and firing.

It's part 2 today of my yearly ceramic Goddess making workshop. Some amazing creatures have been expressed and are coming to life this afternoon. So proud and inspired.

Acrylic with charcoal " Back to life again". 11x14 on masonite board. fresh off the easel today.

It was fun to create this free flowing floral painting. The fushia underpainting made the colors explode and the expressive brush strokes move the eye around the whole piece while the yellowish background calms.

I hope you like! Thanks for your comments and support 💖
