There’s something special about fall in the Adirondacks. 🍁 A boat ride in Old Forge, time spent with family in Boonville, and watching the grandkids make memories in the same places that hold so many of our own.

Life moves fast, but weekends like this remind me to slow down and enjoy every minute. ❤️

🏡🐾 JUST ANOTHER DAY AT THE OFFICE! 🐾🏡

Who says real estate has to be all work and no play? 😂

After more than 40 years in real estate, one thing I know for sure is that it’s the PEOPLE who make this business so special! 💚💛

From showing homes and helping clients make their dreams come true, to sharing laughs, having a little fun with our office crew, and enjoying visits from our four-legged friends, Whiskey and Jersey… there’s never a dull moment!

I’m so fortunate to work with such a wonderful group of people who know how to work hard, support one another, and have a little fun along the way!

👋 A LITTLE ABOUT ME… AND A FEW REASONS TO FOLLOW ALONG! 💚💛

If you know me, you know that Family, Faith & Amazing Friends are at the heart of just about everything I do.

🏡 REAL ESTATE LIFE
I’ve been blessed to call real estate my career for more than 40 years! I’ve helped generations of families buy and sell homes throughout the Finger Lakes and surrounding communities—and I still genuinely love what I do.

🌊 LIFE AT THE LAKE
One of my very favorite places is our Lakehouse Landing on Sodus Bay. Summer means family and friends, boating, fishing, paddleboarding, picnics, farm markets, campfires, s’mores, beautiful sunsets and, best of all, making memories with the grandchildren! ☀️🚤🎣🔥

🍁❄️ ADIRONDACK LIFE
Then there’s our family camp near Boonville—a legacy started by my parents and a place filled with years of memories. We love the brilliant fall leaves, trips to Old Forge, that magical first snowfall and, of course, snowmobiling! Winter Life in the Adirondacks is pretty special.

🏠 AND YES… THERE WILL BE REAL ESTATE!
After four decades in this business, I have plenty of stories, experience and knowledge to share! Expect a mix of real estate, Finger Lakes living, local favorites, lake life, Adirondack adventures, family, friends and probably a few sunsets along the way.

Because to me, real estate has never been just about houses. It’s about HOME—the people we share it with, the communities we love and the memories we make there. ❤️

So if any of that sounds like your kind of thing, I hope you’ll follow along!

Thirty days ago, I committed to the Howard Hanna Social Media Summer Camp challenge not fully knowing what to expect but just knowing I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone. What I didn’t realize was how much I would grow, not just in my content, but in my confidence.

Over these past few weeks, I’ve shared personal stories, tips, and a little bit more of “the real me” than I ever have before across social media. I learned the value of showing up consistently, even on the days when inspiration felt far away. I connected with new people, strengthened existing relationships, and was reminded that social media is truly about connection, not perfection.

This wasn’t just about posting for 30 days, it was about proving to myself that I could commit, learn, and grow (apparently it's possible to teach an old realtor new tricks!) And I’m walking away with new ideas, fresh energy, and a renewed passion for what I do with the ability to amplify it further using the power of social media.

This camper is packing up the hashtags, folding up the captions, and heading home from Howard Hanna Social Media Summer Camp 🏕📱✌️now the real work begins! More fun content to come!
