I tried this recipe ONE time and have not looked back!!

As someone who meal preps every week I look for 3 things: meals that are quick to make, food that tastes good & fits my macros!

This recipe is SUPER simple and customizable!

I used egg whites for the base, but you can add an egg for more protein/higher calories. Use your choice of veggies (I used bell peppers and spinach) and your choice of meat & cheese ( I used vegan cheese and Canadian bacon but these are also optional). Don’t forget to add your seasonings of choice as well!

Use your food scale to weigh everything out, pop it in the over @375 degrees for 40 minutes and viola! Let it cool, pop the lid on and you have your breakfast for the week!

My version is 261 calories & 37g of protein but make it to your liking & your macros!!

Let me know if you would try this!! by @gainsbyz

When it comes to our health, The East 3 don’t PLAY. Here’s a glimpse of what a typical push day looks like for meeee (z baby). This may look superrrr quick but I realized that less is more and that’s just what works for ya girl 🤷🏻‍♀️🥰 by @gainsbyz

What I eat in a day at my 9-5 :)

I really focus on liquids the first half of the morning, then eat my foods throughout the afternoon. I focus on Whole Foods with little to no processed foods (the brownie & turkey sausage jerky were exceptions 🤣) but I really just try to eat intentionally. Having balance is always the key, but remember food is fuel!!

Now yall know I love me some @iluslabel but this piece right HERE 😍😍😍

Moral of the story, wear the cute clothes to workout so you can feel like a baddie!!! Your workout will be better, I don’t make the rules 🤷🏻‍♀️

P.S. ik yall see the bicep pump coming thru 😏 by @gainsbyz

For the longest time, I wanted to do my workouts and my fitness plan on my own because I knew what worked for me. What I failed to realize was that I was playing it safe and keeping things comfortable. In turn, I realized I was stagnant with my progress. I didn’t fully see it at first because I thought to myself “I workout every week and I stay active”, but in reality I wasn’t pushing myself to my fullest potential.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help because sometimes we don’t have all the answers!

What are your fitness goals for 2025?

Mine are to lose some more stubborn fat, gain muscle & be stronger overall. I don’t really have a number on the scale that I would like to be, more so just how I look, feel & how heavy I can lift.

I am happy with my progress because I feel like my endurance and resilience has increased immensely, but there’s always room to grow and I am always striving to be 1% better!!

So here’s to achieving (or continuing to achieve) our fitness goals!!

Would you believe me if I said I don’t do any core workouts?

A lot of people find this hard to believe, but when you lift heavy you do a lot of core engagement. And that’s when the abs start to show
