Beyond honored to formally announce my selection for the prestigious 5th China Xinjiang International Art Biennale, participating with two of my major paintings by the exclusive personal invitation of Professor Zhang Zikang.

Marking a monumental milestone in my career, this is my very first curated biennial by direct invitation. To receive this recognition from Professor Zhang Zikang, widely revered as one of the most powerful and influential titans in global contemporary art, Director of the National Art Museum of China (NAMOC), Director of the Xinyi Art Museum, and the visionary Curator of the China Pavilion at the 59th Venice Biennale is a profound validation of my artistic journey.

Representing my vision on one of the most elite, state-level international cultural platforms in Asia is an extraordinary privilege.

My deepest gratitude to Professor Zhang Zikang and the institutional curatorial board for placing my work among the global elite and my special friend Jiang Huan.

Art can begin with something deeply personal, and still create a connection far beyond the artist herself.

For painter Gala Čaki, emotion, human relationships and encounters with different cultures are inseparable from the creative process.

Her work moves between the intimate and the universal, using painting not simply as a form of expression, but as a space where experiences can be shared, interpreted and felt differently by every viewer.

Deeply honored that my artwork, as part of the international art project "MAMA", is now being showcased at the prestigious and highly esteemed PONS Foundation!

Conceptualized by Leyla Aliyeva and curated by Emin Mammadov, this incredible project organized by the Heydar Aliyev Center, IDEA Campaign, and the Embassy of Azerbaijan has found its next home in Madrid’s most exclusive Serrano street. It is an absolute privilege to have my work exhibited in such a distinguished venue.
