I’ve been debating, analyzing, and having long discussions about the future for myself in California. There has been a number of talks about how I was supposed to join the team in the New England Region, Boston, New York area. After long speculation, my director Bill Zacchi and I have come to a decision. Today was my 2nd Chefs Tasting Menu for Flik Hospitality. I’m happy to announce I will be joining the SFIA(SFO) American Express VIP Black Card Lounge ! I’m ecstatic and so very thankful for the opportunity! So many people that I owe thanks too ! 💰 🛫 🚀 📈

Menu:

1. Watermelon Salad, Cucumber, Red Onion, Cherry Tomatoes, Feta, Cantaloupe Vinaigrette

2. Avocado Puree, Melon, Cantaloupe, Lime Juice, Cantaloupe Vinaigrette, Scallop Ceviche
