Last Friday, I was blessed to be a part of something special. I was asked to lead the first @noflukesfoundation skills camp with the one and only Metta World Peace @mettaworldpeace37 . Through this journey I've been on with basketball; I've been blessed to work with a lot of people I looked up to or studied as a kid. From St. John's to the league Metta was one of those people. Working with him was an amazing experience and definitely not something I'd ever take for granted. Even though there were more kids than expected... we made sure that 100 kids had an amazing experience by working hard and learning!!! I think they all now understand the concept of NO FLUKES!!!! Thank you to my brothers for making the call. I appreciate y'all! This past weekend I had the privilege to run a youth basketball clinic for NBA superstar Kawhi Leonard and the good folks at TAT STADIUM in Scarborough! I never take these opportunities for granted and I always want to make sure we get the most out of the kids with the time we get. It's a blessing for them to be able to see these people not just on TV, but in real life to show that they are very similar to us. It shows that they are REAL and their dreams started just like yours. Congrats @kawhisklawset on getting a court named after you. What you did for this city is beyond words, so I'm glad we could give a token of our appreciation. Thank you to @tat.stadium for trusting me with the task of organizing close to 100 kids.
