Today's only plan: no plan.

If your head keeps drifting to next week, try this prompt in Galinia: "It's Sunday and I keep planning the week instead of enjoying the day. Help me be here for it."

Save it for next Sunday, or send it to the planner in your life. Link in bio.

Twenty seconds to close the week. Breathe along.

Two slow breaths, nothing to fix. Save this for the end of your week.

When you want a longer one, Galinia makes personalised guided meditations from your own words, in sessions of 1 to 5 minutes. Link in bio.

How did that feel? One word is enough.

Exam tomorrow? Big meeting? Try this before you walk in.

Plant your feet, lengthen the out-breath, choose your first line. About a minute, no special place needed.

Save it for the hallway, and send it to someone with a big day coming up. For one shaped around your moment, try Galinia. Link in bio.

Not sure what to type into Galinia? Start with how you actually feel.

Swipe for four prompts: walking in the door, a 1am mind that won't switch off, the minutes before a big meeting, and that Sunday-evening feeling. Each one pairs with a style and a length.

Then write your own and share it in the comments. Link in bio.

Which one is yours this week: 1, 2, 3 or 4?

Type this when your head feels full after a whole day on screens.

A few honest words in, a guided meditation made for that moment out. Sessions of 1 to 5 minutes, so it fits between closing the laptop and dinner.

Send this to the person who's still answering emails. Try Galinia, link in bio.

How many hours of screens today? No judgement, we're counting too.

You don't have to quiet the mind.

Just notice what it's doing, and let that be enough. Try it for one breath, right now.

When you want more than a breath, Galinia makes personalised guided meditations from your own words, in sessions of 1 to 5 minutes. Link in bio.

If Sunday night already feels like Monday, save this.

Type how the evening actually feels, and Galinia turns it into a guided meditation made for that moment. Sessions of 1 to 5 minutes, in your own words.

Try it tonight. Link in bio.

What would you type on a Sunday night? Tell us below and it might become next week's prompt.

A slow start still counts.

If Sunday morning already feels behind, try this prompt in Galinia: "It's Sunday morning and I already feel behind on the weekend. Help me slow down and enjoy what's left of it."

Copy it, change the words to fit your morning, and Galinia turns it into a guided meditation for right now. Sessions of 1 to 5 minutes. Link in bio.

What does a slow Sunday look like for you? Tell us in three words.

You don't have to earn a slow weekend.

Four small permissions for this Saturday: say no to one plan, rest before everything's done, leave your phone in another room for an hour, do one thing slowly.

Save this for the weekend, or send it to someone who needs it. When you want a few guided minutes of your own, Galinia makes them from your words. Link in bio.

Which one are you taking this weekend: 1, 2, 3 or 4?
