Fabio Valerio Tibollo (IT) Italian artist Fabio Valerio Tibollo creates films that move between personal memory, collective history, and emotional transformation. In s/hE (Jean), identity unfolds through fragments of lived experience, drifting from the windswept coast of 1970s Brittany to the charged atmosphere of Occupy Wall Street era New York. Landscapes, protest movements, nightlife, desire, and reinvention merge into a fluid and deeply personal visual journey. Rejecting linear storytelling, Tibollo builds emotional worlds through fragments, gestures, and atmosphere. Masculine and feminine roles blur and reshape themselves, allowing identity to emerge as something unstable, intimate, and constantly evolving.
