Soulwax for @discopogo.co

Their second cover stars for the Autumn/Winter ‘25/‘26 issue are Belgium’s most famous rock/rave DJ/producer duo/band Soulwax.

It has been three decades since Belgian brothers @soulwaxofficial added electronica to orthodox indie rock, enhancing their reputation overnight and, as @2manydjs, giving dance music a kick up the backside.

To mark the release of their first album in eight years, Stephen and David Dewaele talk to @craigmclean00 in their hometown, Ghent, about their disregard for the music ‘manual’, their father’s connection to The Small Faces and why they were an awful ‘normal’ band…

Pre-order the new magazine from 5pm Wednesday October 15th.

@young_fathers have contributed to the incredible ‘HELP(2)’ collaborative album - OUT NOW on @warchildrecords

Speaking about the project they say “We are very proud to be a part of this project because @warchilduk does the work everyone should be a part of: protecting children in war zones while also working for it to never happen in the first place.

Our contribution is a track called ‘Don’t Fight The Young’. Which seems a bit obvious as a title but it’s all obvious isn’t it? Don’t bomb kids. It’s f**king obvious. Yet here we are.

Our hope from this is for people to support this charity that does the most important work from Gaza to Congo, Sudan to Afghanistan, Ukraine to Yemen.

Above all, we want people to donate and get active in trying to stop war. Buy the album, donate, get active, write your local politician, get involved in your community, protest, take direct action - anything is something.

Thank you to everyone at War Child, @james_ellis_ford and @abbeyroadstudios for putting it all together”

Vinyl / Stream available now from @warchildrecs or Link in bio. 📸 @_adamajalloh by @gallerypublicity
