Gals FC on the pitch vs off the pitch ✨

Our community extends beyond the football pitch 🌟

A reminder of what Gals FC is… 🪩 ⚽️ 💕 💚 ✨

Gals FC is the friendliest way to play football and meet new people 💪💚🤠 We are a women’s recreational football club that believes the best way to get more women playing football is to forget the score.

We play to build community, not to compete. It’s all about fun, friendship, confidence, and feeling a part of something bigger.

Sound like something you need in your life? Drop us a comment and organise to come play with us! by @gals.fc

Who remembers dreading PE, being picked last, or feeling like you weren’t good enough to be part of the team? 🙋‍♀️

Don’t let that hold you back from discovering how much fun being part of a team can be 💗💚

No trials, no keeping score, no need to have played before. Just gals cheering you on and making you feel like you belong.

These gals are playing at Gals FC Bexhill, but we play at 82 locations across the country. Your PE redemption arc could be just 20 minutes down the road 👀⚽️

They’ll be there to welcome everyone, help people settle in and make sure the whole thing feels fun, friendly and low pressure from the start.

Our very first Northampton game is THIS WEDNESDAY at 7pm at Benham Sports Arena.

You do not need to be good at football. You do not need to know anyone. You just need to be up for giving it a go.

Come and be part of the Northampton community from day one 💚 Comment tell me more for sign up link if you haven’t already! taken in Northampton, Northamptonshire by @gals.fc

It’s getting darker but that just means the STARS ARE OUT 🤩🤩🤩🤩aka all the gals that show up every week across our 80 (!) sessions to play football. We’ve seen a few of our pitches forget to turn on the floodlights with the fall evenings upon us (ehem!) but that never stops to gals from making the most of a night together.

We love all you star GALS 💫🌟⭐️✨ by @gals.fc

You came for community and/or football and now you’re doing this 😂⚽️

We know the words “ice breaker” can strike fear into the heart, but hear us out…

At Gals FC, we want you to actually get to know the people you’re playing with. So before we get into the football, there’s usually something slightly silly to get everyone chatting, moving and laughing.

Because it’s much easier to relax into a game when you already know a few names and have made a fool of yourself together 💗💚

Here are a few of our favourites 👉

Which one are you choosing? And which one would make you immediately turn around and go home? 😂 by @gals.fc

We’re taking a moment to celebrate 80 ⚽️💕💚

Last week we launched our 80th community in King’s Lynn, which means there are now 80 games of football happening every single week across England, Scotland and Wales. 80 places for women and non-binary people to turn up, have a go and have a laugh.

No scores, no experience needed, no pressure. Just good people, a pitch and a lot of questionable touches 😂

Huge welcome to our King’s Lynn gals, and a massive thank you to every single person who’s ever turned up, plus our Vibe Protectors who make every session happen. You’re the reason any of this exists.

Want in? Come along! We know it’s scary, but look how many other people have done it and loved it. Find your nearest group at the link in bio and come on your own, you’ll leave with a bunch of new mates ⚽️✨ by @gals.fc
