Yesterday as we said prayer over your grave and wished you a happy birthday, I realized my wish will never be answered. All I'd want more than anything in this life is to hear your voice again, feel your hugs again, and hear your I love you again. Dad not a day goes by that I don't think of you, and I thank you and God because you gave me many beautiful memories to cherish. This weekend I watched you go away for college, I'm so proud of you Angel. I don't think you will ever understand how much happiness you brought into our lives the day you came into this world. I wish we cold hold you just like grandpa did forever and protect you from the world, but it's time to let you fly. My favorite time of the year, CHRISTMAS... For me, my greatest joy is giving, because thankfully god has blessed me with more than I have ever needed. So I invite you to be a part of something great this Holiday Season. Together we can remind all these kids battling this monster the true meaning of Christmas and let them know that they are not fighting alone. I can pick up, you can drop off, or you can mail it to me; whatever is easiest. I'd like to collect all donations by 12/18 so that I have the entire week prior to make sure they are delivered on time for Christmas. I am also tagging AJ’s Linktr.ee in case any of you would like to follow his journey and donate to his fight directly. He is the one who inspired me to start this. Happy Heavenly Birthday Noemi… I will put into words what I feel my husband can’t. Today I could feel his anxiety and see how hard he holds back his tears. It doesn’t get easier walking down this path, when we get to the end of it only to Find your picture it just doesn’t feel right. We can only imagine how we would have celebrated today. Noemi you are missed tremendously, we often find ourselves reminiscing about some of our favorite memories with you. Sometimes we laugh and sometimes we cry. We wish we had more time with you. Another year without you, today doesn't get easier, missing you is a part of our everyday life. Today the kids asked how was grandpa? I choked up I couldn't speak, I felt the tears coming down my face. It makes me sad that they missed out on meeting you, it makes me sad that we missed out on so many more memories together.
