Does anyone know about Aix-les-Bains? 🇫🇷Time to kick back and relax: you get up, blink your eyes, head to the thermal baths or a café, eat and drink, go for a swim, take a stroll... Simply enjoy the Savoie, and its cheese and wine.Sometimes you just need to completely switch off. 🙃What are thermal baths? 💦Thermal baths are pools of water at various temperatures that aim to recalibrate your body and relax your mind. To define the therapeutic action of a bath, two important qualities are considered: temperature and chemical composition of the water. 💧 Aix-les-Bain is worth a visit.Hidden gem in the mountains. Very clean, charming and just awesome to getaway and relax. Enough to please anyone searching for peaceful moments.The thermal baths offer a guaranteed moment of relaxation: hot thermal pools (indoor and outdoor), saunas, steam rooms, treatment areas massages, hydrotherapy treatments and scrubs.I went twice, and stayed for two hours each time. The 1st day I got myself a nice full body scrub for 55€ plus the 19€ visit.The 2nd day I chilled out in the thermal pools and drank coffee. Spent 93€ +☕ =100€ On a budget. Well WORTH every penny spent for peace of mind and tranquillité.💦 I AM GLOWING. I spent a few very pleasant days in the company of true wine lovers. We enjoyed quite a wonderful adventure, shared meals and cheeses, and drank plenty of wine. Despite the high temperatures, and a fire we didn't give up, and we persevered. It's hot today.We had some beer in the garden.Saison Savage Cerise Rhubarb. It tastes exactly how it's written, 5.5% refreshing. 😋 If you're looking for something interesting to take away, try @lesmoulinsbleusdijon for a little treat. 😉 Not forgetting their famous Breton crêpes.
