First round of photos from the first annual Bushwick Fantasy Faire! ⚔️

We can’t express how thrilled we are with how this day came together. So many incredible costumes, vendors, performances, games, and genuinely wonderful people. It was such a fun experience, and we’re so excited to keep finding our people and growing this little fantasy and gaming community.

Thank you to everyone who attended, vended, performed, collaborated, helped out, and worked so hard to make this event happen. We truly could not have done it without you.

Here’s to the first of many. ⚔️

Most dating apps give you three options. Man, woman, and sometimes other. Same three for who you are looking for.

Kevin says that was the biggest technical challenge in building Gamily, because it was never going to fit the people he built it for. On Gamily you pick as many gender identifiers as you want for yourself, and as many as you want for who gets to see you. Pronouns were in from day one.

The other half of that decision is privacy. No selling data, no tracking, no ads. As Kevin puts it, he is a gay cis man with a lot of privilege, and plenty of his users hold identities that carry real risk right now. You never know what happens to the data.

Full interview with Kevin from Gamily out now, link in bio.
