That’s a wrap on our season! Unfortunately it ended a little earlier than we hoped. Lino had a great qualifying run and made it to the semi-final where he put down a clean run, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough to advance. The track is basically divided into two sections: fast and open at the top, with jumps and bigger compressions, then more technical and rocky further down. Back in Canada 🇨🇦. What a track here in Mont-Sainte-Anne. No wonder it’s one of the boys‘ favorite tracks... there have been some changes to the track again this year. Faster and with more line options compared to last year. Mike and Lino are already looking forward to training tomorrow! Not every race goes to plan, and that’s the case for us here in Loudenvielle. The week started with bad weather which really took its toll on the track. This morning during training it was still pretty muddy and slippery, but thankfully the sun came out throughout the day and dried things up a bit. By qualifying time, the track was in decent shape, but unfortunately it wasn’t enough for Lino and Mike to advance. Lino secured 61st place and Mike finished in 30th. This means our European season is coming to an early end, no finals for us tomorrow! The track in Loudenvielle took a turn for the muddy today! Rain throughout the day turned things into a slippery mess of mud, holes and deep ruts.
