Real bride Kiran booked me for 5 events over the course of a week. As she was someone who had always had difficulties with her skin, having full coverage to cover her pigmentation and scars was not comfortable for her.

She was one of the handful of brides I had that actually didn’t mind her scars and pigmentation showing through the make-up because to have it all covered, even in a natural way, felt extremely uncomfortable for her.

Infact as the week progressed she asked me to strip back the coverage more and more, she felt more confident with LESS make-up on.

I love how she wasn’t fussed about pleasing the standard bridal norm of an even coverage because that was making her uncomfortable, she followed with her heart and it left her feeling super happy and confident as the week progressed.

As a professional I informed her on my experience on how this would photograph and look in person, I always guide and inform my brides but let them make the final decision, particularly if it’s going to make them feel extra confident.

Literally couldnt live without the talented @susan_prosser_holistic_therapy I’ve been seeing her for treatments since 2021 for various things including immunity strengthening and energy support - particularly through the pand3mic.

Her specialities include helping women get pregnant, although I didn’t specifically go to her for this, I do believe regular treatments with her have kept my body healthy to be able to get pregnant when I wanted to.

I love all the treatments I’ve had by @skin.by.madi over the last year and half, but this Pregnancy Lymphatic Drainage Massage was just exceptional.

Straight after the massage I initially felt very relaxed and tired (went home and had a 2 hour nap!) but the next day I was so energised.

Towards the end of this pregnancy I have been struggling to walk up the stairs without getting out of breath as my legs felt heavy and tired, since I had this massage I have been able to walk up the stairs and not required a stop half way up. For me that’s a huggge plus!

Now having felt the immediate effects of this massage I do wish I had this earlier in the pregnancy, but grateful I managed to get one in before baby arrives.
