It was a true honor to be featured on this track with my carnal. My verse holds a very special place in my heart. I tapped into stories and events that molded my life and career. It was very important for me to hold space for people I love, homies who are no longer here and stories that changed me as person. It’s crazy to think after all these years I’m still doing what i love and still learning more as a musician. This one is for the place that raised me…National City, 24th street, HighlandAve, San Diego and all the hoods and stories that really define where we’re from. Let us not forget where we come from and how beautiful is to remember where it all started.
