Wow. Such a surreal moment that I’m not even sure I’ve processed yet. It truly takes a village and I am incredibly lucky to have so many people to thank.

@sdsudanceteam— I am SO proud of you. The pressure to execute perfection is heavy. Especially on what has now become the biggest stage for dance team. And you truly stepped up to the plate. Thank you for being open to something so different, so fun, so challenging and something so me— so US! I love you guys!

Kaitlin, thank you for trusting us. Your vision for this team. Your expertise and your unwavering commitment to delivering the best product! Taylor & Tori, thank you for always being so encouraging and the best set of eyes for cleaning!

Quinton, we did it! WE ARE DOING IT. I’m so proud of you. Of us. And this journey we’ve been on. We have literally laughed and cried our way through this experience and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Thank you.

@Izzperez , my muse. Izzy came with me the very first time I worked with San Diego and I pray she never stops assisting me. Frizz, I’m so inspired by you! Thanks for being one of my biggest cheerleaders. Always down to spend 5 hours on an 8 count. If you know, you know😂

@hallielooya , our lifts/partnering queen! But mostly our support, our ride or die. The girl you need in your corner constantly telling you “You’re FINE” every time you’re about to spiral.

SDSU dance team alumn, you are those girls. 🤟🏽

So much love to our village.

Thank you for all of the love. The comments. The shares. The phone calls. The texts. The “flowers” We are overwhelmed with support.

YAYA
2026 Jazz National Champions 🏆

We love reinventing what Alma looks like each year, and this season felt like such a fun change for us. Dancing to Beyoncé gave us the chance to show more personality while still highlighting the power of strong women. We made history this weekend with our first five consecutive wins in the same genre and a final score of 94.71. Honored to share the stage with some of the best dancers in the country, doing what we love.
