Rocketship F56!!!🚀

This JCW Initially arrived with us Summer 2024 for stage 2 tuning after having a Damico Race Engine Fitted by @Garage34. The customer was slightly disappointed that it literally just broke into the 300hp mark. This was due to a tired Turbocharger.

We scheduled for the car to come back in December for a B48E Turbo conversion!
We completed the conversion, manufacturing additional components due to it not being quite a direct fit.
Once strapped down on the dyno, Chris Built a stock file with massively increased boost control as this turbo is far more efficient!
Stock JCW Boost pressure saw 300hp!

The customer specifically didn't want this tuning flat out, He requested usable, reliable power. so Chris set about making this car deliver its performance as linear as possible!
15-20 revisions on this one, with lots of intricate changes in the calibration.
We settled on a whopping 381HP & 515nm!! with impeccable data logs & a serious amount of ignition timing!!

After a good road test once tuned. We can confirm this is a seriously quick car!

(Even ask our technician Charlie! He went out with the customer & come back as white as a ghost!)

📊 Original : 265.09HP - 365.36Nm
📈 Stage 2 : 302.87HP - 493.63Nm
📈 Stage 3 : 381.40HP - 515.40Nm

2024 Mini Cooper S JCW LCi2 Stage 2!

This Lovely Mini Has Been to @garage34_ltd For:
- @scorpionexhausts Turbo Back Exhaust System
- @direnzaperformance MVT Front Mounted Intercooler
- @eventuri_ Carbon Intake

Being a post June 2020 Car, BOSCH has locked access through OBD & Bench for tuning. So first port of call was ship the ECU to @femtoevo for an unlock.

Once we ECU was back with us, we got onto the dyno and data logged in stock form to get our base. As you can see on the plot, the car massively under-performed in stock form. Fitted with an OPF Cheater cable, we were suspicious. Chris Amended the calibration to turn off OPF Function, 15hp &80Nm Gain!
In our experience these OPF Cheater/bypass cables do not work! they may keep the EML off the dash, but at the cost of performance!

Multiple revisions on this one, customers request was to keep the power sensible & keep GREEN Mode as eco as possible. Chris dived into the MG1 ECU & activated switchable maps!!!

Real pleasure to tune this one! absolute rocket ship on the road! 🚀🚀🚀

📊 Original : 233.25HP - 344.73NM
📈 Stage 2: 319.49HP - 482.62NM
