Kapital, founded in 1984, based in the famous denim capital of Japan, Kojima, a father and son project creating vintage American workwear and some of the best denim, using traditional Japanese craftsmanship, dyeing techniques and modern construction
The Century Denim is Kapitalโs latest proprietary denim fabric, featuring a dense sashiko-stitched which uses four different factories to produce. This production includes spinning, dyeing, weaving, and finishing processes. As for the warp, weft, and sashiko threads, these are spun differentially to deliver distinct texture and tension before being separately rope-dyed. They also employ a secretive weaving method exclusively used by Kapital that finishes off the denim. The No.7 finish is a charcoal grey denim which is created through a Sumi Dye process more often used in creating calligraphy ink.

Known for his signature quilted garments and artful layering of drawstrings and fabric. The quilt is to the pleats as Craig Green is to Issey Miyake.
These are Craig Greenโs layered long shorts, seen in many of his earlier collections. It has layered construction, 3 different layers of black fabric overlapping each other and finished with an asymmetrical apron over. The boots feature a chunky, sculpted rubber sole, enhanced with water-resistant Gore-tex. Black lacing with white contrasting. Panelling with different leather textures and materials. Rounded decorated toe box with a bulky rubber track sole. These are the first version that was produced that had laces that were fastened by the adjustable clip, so rare to come by, especially in this size

โRightโ is their experimental line of the three. The 3.1 collection was what pushed PAF to the global scale, instant classics that became the blueprint for their design language. This colour variation was made specially for SSENSE.
Made in South Korea, the shell is constructed with a tough nylon. The panels and curves very much iconic in PAFโs design. It features a waffle grid polar fleece inner lining for additional warmth, finished with elastic bands at cuffs and hem.

From AW18, Raf Simons and Eastpak, pooling their unique experiences with design, reimagines the sling bag, giving it a brutalist look with the bold, angular lines and folds.
This was part of Rafโs โYouth in Motionโ show, inspired by a cautionary tale of the 70s drug culture in West Berlin. Models walked in sleeveless hoodies, oversized blazers, with nomadic sacks around their shoulders.
Although first shown almost 10 years ago, the silhouette of the crossbody bag is highly relevant in todayโs landscape, and a reference point for many. The Sleek Sling has fully adjustable crossover straps where you can tie a knot that is best fitted for you. The main compartment accessible from the side zip featuring a 30L compartment, the front compartment is smaller and concealed by a front panel.
A rare piece that you donโt see very often that is distinctly Raf alongside the Organized Sling (also from the same collection). It is in great condition. Tiny loose stitching on the logo patch, some blistering in the fabric (which is very common for this bag)
