I don't know how I forgot to actually post these publicly here! I was so caught up in everybody else posting it lol. I did the posters for the bookfair this year! My French skills are not at this level (yet) as an obligatory disclaimer, I had help of comrades and friends. I also designed a button and some other stuff for the bookfair this year but those will get their own posts when I recover! Including patches and zines I made and vended. I have so much more to yap about the day, but want to thank everyone who ever even acknowledged the fair. Seeing my creation posted around and used for building community in this way made me feel such warm fuzzies. 🖤 Thank you for being part of it. [Poster for the Ottawa Anarchist bookfair. The design is a segment of a patch jacket with a xerox filter. Patches and buttons carry info about the event. Text on various patches read: Ottawa Anarchist Bookfair Glebe Community Centre June 27 10am-3pm ottanarchistbookfair.noblogs.org Workshops & food! Wheel-accessible Read & resist Buttons read: - On Algonquin land - Masks mandatory & provided - No AI Hand written text on the sleeve reads: Wheel-accessible and free food and sewists to sew on patches and workshops. This event has come to pass so I figured it would be fine to put up the rest of the posters (the Willow Collective instagram was posting one at a time leading up to the event). I know this is my "here's my arts and crafts you can buy" account, but frankly that stuff is the minority of my graphic designing these days. Here are a series of posters I did for @studentwillowcollective as well as the flyer based on text from the collective. (I wrote some of it.) (I will be a student until I'm like 80 lol.) The QR code goes to the linktree equivalent, which has a written copy of what was on the front of the flyer and the email address for the collective. The flyers were distributed to motorists coming onto campus in front of the Carleton sign. The images depicted here are what it looked like pre-QR code (I only downloaded the PDF for the QR versions, but you can find that url at willowcollective.openwrite.io ) There were a few other posters designed for it, and they are still up in a few places around campus I believe, though they were also being removed not long after they put them up. I designed the logo for an anarchist tech collective recently! The binary code in the background says acab. Angela's Collective/ The Angela Collective will be at the ottawa Anarchist Bookfair, which runs Saturday June 28th from 10am-4pm at Jack Purcell. If you want to learn about open source stuff and encryption and maybe install linux, you should head on over then and talk to them! (They intend to be the fediverse soon, so you may be able to contact them there soon.) Circular logo design, with a black background. The most prominent elements of the design are the eye in the middle, and text around it. The eye is designed with a pupil like an evil eye, meant to ward off evil, but instead of being perfectly round, it is shaped more like a human eye. The text is hand drawn in white with a black outline. It reads, "Angela's Collective" in all caps, with the letter A turned into the anarchist symbol. The background has small text in circles getting smaller closer to the middle, with each line from the outside in going from green to blue. The text is the binary code for "ACAB" repeated. by @garbuttons

Designed these for @maskblocott These are designed to be used for stickers in a thermal label printer. If you'd like to use these in other mask blocs feel free, just credit it as originating with mask bloc ott/613 if posted online (but you can replace with your local mask bloc handle if you want to print and post them locally). uh reclaimed slur tw ig (I made an eraser stamp that says f*g on one side and dyke on the other) also I know they're going to post it eventually but I also did the local mask bloc logo from the lino stamp. you should see some of the others I came up with! but will probably try to move those to my @garbuttons account idk I also learned apparently eraser and rubber for carving purposes kind of congeals and ruins the stamps a bit. not sure if this was a weird temperature thing or some chemical reaction but I shan't worry about it. am realizing I'm in a seasonal depressive episode! which makes a lot of sense. I haven't seen sun in a while and should pick up some vitamin D supplements or something. I always forget about that, like, every year. classes are over but the work of it isn't. I keep replaying the recording my speech from the raise the rates rally (editing out my ums and stuff so I can get a transcript down - some folk at a legal clinic wanted to share it with their co-workers. some other people said I should make it a TED talk? or otherwise that I should get paid to talk.) and I think it's probably a lil too ego stroking but frankly some of the stuff I said into a microphone and that people were like HELL YEAH for... I get goosebumps!!! I have an oral presentation kind of thing I still need to do but I was thinking I'd like to submit the speech in supplement. I'd love to post it publicly but frankly I had to use an alias at the rally as it is because anyone on welfare who speaks out about it generally catches the attention of all the copbrained case workers who want to kick you off. it's gross. my alias is cool though and it feels like the closest name to me that I've ever had and it's kind of frustrating that I can't use it in day to day. like who wants to know a deadname when you can have a name who people have said "how can you have a name like that and Not have rizz" anyway if you want help coming up with an alias anytime let me know because I keep a list (encrypted) to help out friends who need them. (we would need to chat elsewhere about it to keep the aliases secure but yeah.) I've been pretty stagnant lately in general otherwise. by @garbuttons

[ABBA not ABA, with portrait of the members of ABBA] This was inspired by the fact that when I had my anti-ABA buttons out people would ask me what I had against ABBA. I love and respect the high camp! Conversion therapy for autistic people however, aka Applied Behavioural Analysis Therapy, is not something I am okay with. Apologies that I haven't actually posted much here besides graphics. I haven't done markets in a while, and my workspace isn't perf. Went back to school and am overencumbered in terms of my labours. I'll be at Hallowzine though! Also I do a lot more buttons than the autistic themed ones. Have just been on a spree because a bunch of autistic activist things have been happening for me over the past month and a bit. by @garbuttons
