Well hello there!
I’m Danya the creator of Garden Escapist Jewelry- I’m so glad you’re here!!!
I created Garden Escapist during the spring of 2021. In the midst of the COVID 19 lockdowns, I found myself outside in the garden digging, weeding, and planting rows of vegetables with my family. That season of isolation from the outside world brought us closer together as a family and closer to the earth.
It was during this time I bought my first resin bottle, hoping to preserve the spring flowers that die too quickly. I fell in love with the preservation process and began creating necklaces. Garden Escapist was born as a retaliation of death. As a sanctuary for the beautiful things that are created to bring joy! My goal as an artist is to spread hope, joy, and beauty one piece of jewelry at a time!

For as the earth brings forth its sprouts, and as a garden causes what is sown in it to sprout up, so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to sprout up before all the nations. Isaiah 61:11 by @gardenescapist

found these GORGEOUS pansies in the compost last spring so naturally I scooped some out and pressed them 🤩
that’s one of the reasons I love doing what I do. preserving the fleeting beauty of each season one necklace at a time 😁💜
