End of summer photo dump…

We’ve all heard of book clubs, but cookbook clubs are definitely where it’s at. When I saw that @the.golden.yarrow was hosting one, I knew I must attend and it was truly amazing.

For this gathering, Eating Out Loud by @edeneats was chosen and it was so good, to say the least. I made the saucy spiced meatballs (which were a hit 🙈) and this delicious semolina, olive oil and honey cake with cherries, strawberries and almond whipped cream.

If you ever have the chance, cook this cookbook and join a cookbook club ❤️

I've always loved to cook and cook for others, but never in my wildest dream did I think this is what I'd end up doing. But needless to say, I am so so happy I am.
•
Creating and launching Gardner & Kitchen has been nearly a year long process, thanks to my indecisiveness, but I honestly can't help but thank everyone who has helped along the way - with eating my food, giving me name ideas, creating my website (@sarahshea), endless photoshoots (@aliesalbum & @co_mission), ranches that I've worked for who immersed me in the local agriculture of Marin & Sonoma Counties (@stemplecreek 🫶🏻), my incredibly supportive & loving boyfriend (@cpuppy585) who is always pushing me and telling me my food is okay so I can strive for greatness 🙈, my amazing & inspiring family, literally all of it and everyone.

I am so excited for this new chapter in life and to continue to learn in the kitchen, host parties in the garden, create memorable meals around campfires, hear laughter around dinner tables, provide healthy meals and convenience for families, meet new and amazing people, chefs, farmers, ranchers and just see where this wild dream takes me.
