I got the Peloton bike really to do yoga! When I started Peloton, Dr. Chelsea had not arrived yet! I found my way to Aditi and Denis, both of whom I admire a lot. I came with a more spiritual and transcendental yoga background in my 20s and 30s, so when I took Chelsea's first class to me, I immediately knew she was my light, my way to a more holistic and wholistic practice. To me, she is my calm, my sanity, my proof that there are beautiful people who make your world so much better. by @gareth_360

1700 Done and Dusted! Or more like The Party's Just Starting, Life Gets Sweeter, Leanne+EDM=Let's Do It Again, and Love Always WINS🥰😍🥳🎉🪩😘I was so lucky to align this mega milestone with @leannehainsby doing an EDM class🙏🙏🙏 on a gorgeous cool Sunday morning. tuesday night dinner was an adventure to be had. it is completely vegetarian and no typical pasta was used. in the end, i topped it off with some divine marinated olives and pecans. it was wonderful to just forget about everything. this is me time! by @gareth_360
