Missing this gentle boy so, so much.

I adopted him as a senior and we spent 5 years together before he passed. Even with precarious living situations and being housed separately, I always made sure he didn't go back to the shelter. I wish I got to live with you for all 5 of those years.

I miss your handshakes, your kisses, your excessively loud panting when food is near, your impulsive kleptomania when it comes to McDonald's, your soft wittle piggy ears.

His health started suddenly declining August 6th and the next day we had to make a decision to let him go.

I make sure to eat a spongepopsicle at any opportunity. They were one of his favorite people foods ♥️🕊️ by @garfgrrl

My life has kind of exploded/humbled me the last 2 months. A friendship of over a decade ended abruptly, my living situation became increasingly precarious and it became crystal clear who is in my corner.

Don't be complicit in subpar treatment.

I hope the next chapter of my life attracts better people and opportunities.

I miss my friend. I'm grieving and processing the fact that the people that are supposed to be in my corner have shown me otherwise.

It's been a little lonely but I'm hoping that I'll feel better soon. by @garfgrrl
