So much thought goes into making a home feel this easy.
From the relationship between rooms to the warmth of a pendant light, the finished picture holds countless decisions. Materials need to sit comfortably together. Furniture needs to feel right in the space. The view from one room into another deserves attention, too.
We poured a great deal of care into this property. Seeing that work come together, with the lights on and the garden all around it, is deeply rewarding.
Let’s talk about the home you have in mind.

This is where “one more hour” happens.
A circle of rough stone gathers the space around the fire, with the trees enclosing it on every side. As daylight fades, the flames become the focus and the garden takes on a different atmosphere.
We think about those hours, too: when dinner is over, the air has cooled, and everyone has found another reason to stay outside.

The pool borrows its palette from everything around it.
Blue from the sky, green from the trees, light moving across the water. The pale terrace gives those colours a clean edge, while the simple loungers leave the landscape in full view.
There is a lovely balance between the geometry of the pool and the abundance of the planting. Your eye can follow the lines, then wander straight back into the trees.

Every home deserves somewhere to spend an unplanned hour.
This shaded daybed sits between the comfort of the interiors and the greenery of the garden. Blue cushions, patterned fabric and lantern details give it a character of its own, with the same warmth that runs through the house.
It is easy to imagine arriving here with a book and staying long after you have stopped reading.

Imagine waking up to this much green.
The tall glazing gives the trees a generous place in the room. A low wooden bed keeps the furniture grounded, while white bedding and pale walls catch the daylight. Woven details add warmth without pulling attention away from the view.
For us, a bedroom should make rest feel natural. This one makes a convincing case for leaving the curtains open and taking your time over the morning.

We take the invitation to “make yourself at home” quite seriously.
A generous sofa, cushions you can sink into, and a low wooden table within easy reach. The artwork brings personality, while the soft textiles make the room feel welcoming from the moment you walk in.
There is real pleasure in getting these everyday details right. Especially when the result is a room where everyone seems to find their favourite corner.

You can feel the warmth of this room before touching a thing.
The deep wood of the headboard, the folds of white bedding, the long fringe of the wall hanging. Each brings a different texture into a palette that stays soft and composed.
The woven pendant adds another layer when the light comes on. There is plenty to appreciate here, but nothing asks too loudly for your attention.
That feels right for a bedroom.

The table sets the tone. The chairs decide how long everyone stays.
Here, the irregular edge of the timber brings character, upholstered seats invite long dinners, and the rug adds softness beneath it all. Through the glass, the garden stays part of the room.
These are the details we love bringing together: the ones that make a space beautiful to look at and genuinely enjoyable to spend time in.
There is no need to clear the table just yet.

This is the kind of kitchen where guests keep the cook company.
The patterned tiles bring energy to the room, while the wooden cabinetry and pale counters give the eye somewhere to rest. Three pendant lights draw everything towards the counter, where there is always room to pull up a chair.
We care about that balance between visual character and everyday comfort. A beautiful kitchen should feel completely at ease with coffee cups, conversation and dinner in progress.

The tree catches your attention. Then you begin to notice everything around it.
The roughness of the bark against the smooth staircase. The fine black railing above the warmth of the wood. The small objects on the shelves, bringing a human scale to this generous space.
There is so much character in those contrasts. Bringing them together gives the room its balance, while allowing that extraordinary tree to remain its most memorable presence.

The welcome begins long before the front door.
A winding path, the shade of palms, warm wood appearing through the green. The house reveals itself gradually, giving you time to leave the day behind before stepping inside.
We love an entrance that makes you notice where you are. Here, the textures underfoot and the planting overhead give the arrival as much character as the rooms beyond it.

Pull back, and you understand why the surroundings matter so much.
Seen from above, the house sits within a sea of green. Its clean lines give it definition, while the terraces, glass and open spaces keep it closely connected to the landscape.
That relationship carries into the interiors through warm wood, earthy tones and views that follow you from room to room. The whole property feels connected to the place it calls home.
