@meridian.homes parade of homes was fun and all but my favorite part was honestly catching up with a buddy of mine. Seeing the houses he builds was honestly a bonus. By far brian designs and builds the best homes from 1 million dollars and above. by @garrettgmg1

@sagrerafarms fun fact theres roughly 400,000 certified black angus cows. Theres less than 1000 Sagrera black angus cattle. For every 1 Sagrera black angus cow. There's 400 other black angus cows. That shows how rare Shawn beef truly is. In larger numbers there's roughly 30,000,000 beef cows. That makes shawn 1:30,000. His angus beef is a true delicacy. Very special and takes a lot of time, effort, blood, sweat and tears to produce. This man works his ass off to produce the #1 angus product in our country. It's why its special when a establishment sells his beef. There's more Japanese a5 cattle then a Sagrera 16-19% imf cow on this planet. That shows rarity of this product by @garrettgmg1

Not many people get to see the true behind the scenes of @sagrerafarms I'm very grateful I'm one of the very few that does get to see this and experience this. Shawn over the last 5 years of our friendship has brought some of the greatest men and women into my life. Which honestly I couldn't be even more greatful for. From @supperclub_br incredible team @leightoncarbo @vnguyen4755 @souly_nat @no.ha_t27 @82kg.rice to bringing the men who run texas fine dining scene @itaibene and @italev59 into my life. This man turned a city boy into a city country man. Plus made me into a first class beef snob. Now I only eat Sagrera Farms 🤣🤣🤣 January 39 2026 was a perfect way to start 2026 off too. Yet again big thank you to Mr Carbo for last night and also Noah for making god worthy Manhattans. Noah makes the best complimentary drinks to shawn Sagrera beef. It shows. I can't have a Sagrera cut without @no.ha_t27 cocktails by @garrettgmg1
